Food was good however when i told the lady i wanted to try everything she told me she could not do that. ? my plans were to put some away for a couple nights so i did not have to cook. Was planning to pay for guess they do not need my money. The 1 in mwc across from tafb. Needless to say i will not be back

Ordered the orange chicken and was told a 10 minute wait. We waited and instead of them filling our orders they sold it all and we had to wait again. Yes they knew we were there, as we were sitting in the dining room. They even said yes they are waiting . Not so much as a “I apologize” they definitely need customer service training

Cris the lady at the front was amazing! She offered us drinks because we had to wait and she was so sweet. Amazing experience here! 5 stars we will be back! The food was fresh and hot!

I've gone here twice, had Panda Express twice, and after this encounter I'm never having it again. Im trying to pick up an order for my aunt who made things difficult herself but wait. I get there and start waiting at the counter, watching them serve all the other people while being continuously ignored. I FINALLY get someone attention, and she tells me to pick it up I need a confirmation code. We'll after she says that she promptly walks off and I am continuously ignored until finally I decide to just walk back there and grab her order myself, since it's right there with her name on it and it's already payed for. Well the moment I do that all of a sudden everybody wants to pay attention. 1 worker stepped up to stop me and I explained to her that if yall didn't want me to do that then maybe do your jobs and pay attention to your customers. Well she says the same thing about the confirmation code, and while on phone with my aunt I ask her to tell me the code, but then soon as my aunt tells me the code, this lady walks or or starts talking to someone else. And she does this about 6 times before I start ringing the bell obnoxiously trying to get some attention payed to me to no avail. Well eventually I tell her to listen already and she just tells me to write it down and proceeds to dissappear again. Well I do and give it to them, and now I'm being told it's the wrong code. Well I spend the next 10 minutes trying to get my technological indifferent aunt to figure out how to send me some confirmation. Well she settles on sending me a ss of an email she got with the confirmation code, I show a different worker the ss because the previous lady is missing, and what would you know all of a sudden the code correct and I get my food. After all this the lady is all of a sudden working again as I'm leaving so I walk back to say something to her about the plain disrespect and she starts ignoring me again and saying she isn't gonna talk to me. Well that's where I officially lose my crap and say something back to her then leaves. Genuinely have never gotten that upset before at a fast food place, with that treatment being about what I'd expect from someone who's 40 working fast food.

Workers were rude and disrespectful, the tables were dirty the toilet was broken and there was no toilet paper. They were slow, and the food was pretty cold. Normally I am not a complainer but this is not what I expected going to get some good food!

Went for lunch and realized I left my jacket behind with medicine in the pocket. I went back 3 hours later and I was told it was noticed at the table but left there until another customer left with it. When I called to ask a manager if the medicine was turned in separately i was told the manager was on a 30 minute break and couldn’t be disturbed. I left a message which was never returned so I wrote the company.Over the next week I had to have the medicine replaced by my doctor and buy a new jacket until I finally heard back from the company. At first I thought my concerns were being dismissed until I made it clear I suspected dishonesty among their staff. They reviewed the camera footage then called me later to tell me “ your jacket is back in the office”.Finally doing the right thing after being forced isn’t alone commendable. I hope the Company and location work to improve their values.
