The portion size was a joke! Panera Bread used to be outstanding! Hearty Chicken Noodle soup tasted bland and was watered down! Very disappointing! Customer service was off!

Haven’t been here in almost a year since my last two experiences were subpar, but this one took the cake. Restaurant incredibly dirty, bathroom was DISGUSTING. Looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. Was here about 25 mins, were maybe 10-15 people in the dining area, very slow, but the tables were not bussed so it was hard to find a booth to sit in. Got one of their table markers for the food to be brought to the table. Didn’t bring it, just shouted my name out loud to make me come get it(don’t mind at all, but why give the marker?) staff and management nowhere to be seen while the dining area and restaurant in general was grossly unkept(I can’t imagine how the kitchen is 🤢). The atmosphere here is awful as there were(appeared to be) two homeless men in a booth all with their belongings scattered on the floor near them and taking up the booth behind and in front of them. Random person speaking foreign language near my table screaming on the telephone for nearly 10mins while I’m trying to eat. Food was okay, but they served my soup cold, which is disappointing, but by far the least of the problems here. This staff does not care about this restaurant or the people that come in here by the way they act and look after the place. Really gone down hill. Won’t be returning. I prefer not to leave a poor review as I know it’s not great for business, but the way this place has become is really sad. I used to enjoy coming here between classes, but man it’s really disgusting and just not good enough to spend money here anymore. Hope they turn it around!

Service was great but the food was not. I ordered a bowl of soup and it came with a piece of bread. The bread was cold and it didn't come with butter. Portion of soup was small, I paid $9. The soup tasted like it came from Walmart.

As a panera bread fan. Please stop adding too much water to your broccoli soup you ruined the recipe. Anyway panera doesn't do good lately.
Prices are pretty high for what you get tho. Food is good and serving size is good. Just getting too expensive.

This location always has messy floors. Today, the drink station did not have a drip tray under the lemonade and it was running all over the counter. The floor was sticky and filthy. This is a newer location and already feels unkempt. Would suggest if the employees have time to text on their phones, they have time to do a lobby check, sweep and wipe down tables.

long wait at the drive-thru even though no one was in front of us. you could almost see there was meat on the sandwich. not sure thr $14 was worth it. the $5 for the miniscule frozen lemonade definitely wasn't worth it. won't be back any time soon.

I've been a HUGE fan of their Asiago bagels. They recently changed all their bagels and it's very disappointing. It looks and taste very different from the original. I wouldn't mind if they had a slight increase in price vs changing. Pls bring back the old recipe/size. 😢
