This was my first time at this location, the customer service was good and so was the food... I ordered the large 5 cheese garlic crust pizza with beef and a buffalo chicken papadia... Definitely a must try and I will be back for more 😁❤️

My husband ordered a pizza from here earlier this evening and there was a roach in the pizza box, so everyone needs to be careful when ordering from here since we're not sure if it came from here or the person who Door Dashed it.

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Papa John’s. I placed an order for multiple pizzas, drove all the way home, and discovered that one of the boxes was completely empty, not a single pizza inside.
I immediately tried to call the store to get the issue resolved, but no one ever answered the phone after multiple attempts. I had to waste over an hour of my time driving back to the store to fix something that should have never happened in the first place if anyone had simply checked the order before handing it to me.
This was a complete failure in both quality control and customer service. My evening was disrupted, and no one seemed to care enough to even pick up the phone. For a company that claims to care about its customers, this was unacceptable.
Papa John’s — do better.

PIZZA CONTAINED METAL SHARDS IN IT… EMPLOYEES SAID IT WAS FROM THE OVEN LIKE THIS IS A REOCCURRING PROBLEM! Seriously though… my 18mnth old and 4yr old could have been seriously injured the the employees didn’t even care!

I ordered a carryout and I went to pick up my pizza and the guy making the pizza was not wearing gloves very unsanitary. I will not be going back to that Papa John's
They stole my money. I ordered 44.43 worth of pizza. Waited forever and finally called and they said it was delivered when it wasn't. He said they would remake my order. I waited another 35 plus mins. They delivered 1 pizza that wasn't even part of my order. I called back again and asked for a refund at this point since none of the pizza i ordered and paid for was delievered to me. The manager said he didn't know how to do a refund so it would have to wait till tomorrow. Well three days later. No refund. A total of 7 phone calls with customer service , the GM of this location and still nothing. Ruined my evening two days in a row trying to get my money back. If I could rate this experience a ZERO I would.

So, looks like they don't check this anyway, why would they? They don't answer their phone. Ordered 48 dollars of food, wife gets a notification that the pizza is out for delivery... 30 minutes later she calls and they said yeah we delivered that... We were in the living room with very attentive dogs and we have a ring camera...
After being asked if we couldn't go see if it was on a neighbors porch they reluctantly "remade" the order, and an hour and a half or so into the ordeal we ended up with one regular pepperoni pizza... We didn't even order that, and none of the other 48$ fkn dollar order.
The manager she called did not even know how to issue a refund.
Ruined my evening... Never order delivery here ever.

Dirty establishment. Dirty employees - no hygiene policies at all? Dirty hands/nails/no gloves/no nets on beards or hair.. horrible customer service.. the guy at window had the audacity to try to argue about a cup of ranch worth change, and they got the whole damn order messed up - and then had us waiting 20 extra minutes after we pulled up after receiving a text stating my order was ready, but it would be "3 more minutes" that was at 12:46am... we got the pizza at 1:08am. No pride in any type of job these days.

They bump your order off their list even when they havnt started it yet. So they dont get in trouble for timeliness. I waited an extra 25 minutes for the 1st pizza then made them remake it cause i realized the worker who had came back from break and didnt wash her hands. Was the one that made my pizza. So it took an hr to get my pizza. And i didnt even get an apology. Just a lie from the worker saying the text that my pizza was ready for pickup lies. And not to trust it.

What is wrong with this location lately? The past three delivery orders I placed have been wrong. They constantly forget sauces and only get half the order right. I am going to stop ordering from there. What a waste of money.
