I ordered a pizza for delivery with a couple other things and I have to say this location Rock a worker by the name of Miss Joyce had excellent customer service phone skills made sure that everything that I needed and wanted was in my order upon delivery. It was just an awesome experience hats off to Miss Joyce for the Midwest City location you rock Sister, you rock they need her yo teach a customer service class

Jalapeño cheese bread was great. The large meat pizza was 45% crust, and not near as good. For 40 bucks, including tip and delivery, I probly will go somewhere else, next time

I live in a gated community, my gate code is listed on my address on the Papa John's app. The driver left my food at the gate which is 1/4 mile from my house but didn't tell me. They didn't call to get my gate code(they typically do). They said my order was delivered on the app when clearly it wasn't. It is 12 degrees outside. My food was frozen by the time my husband came home and found it.

I love Papa John's pizza and sides but this location disappointed me a couple times. The first time, a lady was rude to me on the phone and said she was from another store just helping out this location. I didn't end up ordering that time because of her rudeness. The second time, I ordered in the app. I got really small pieces of boneless chicken wings in my 10 pcs order. I probably won't be ordering from this location again.

I absolutely love entering this store the lady and guy there, are awesome. They are the most wonderful representation of great customer service. They are caring and polite employees. Whenever they are working I'm always greeted by a smile, a welcome, update on my order, and offer great communication. The store is always clean and I'm always acknowledged when walking in. They even remember my regular order and give great suggestions on others to try. I just had to ask their names to post this. I have always had bad experiences at other Papa John's from being invisible to receiving the wrong order but that has never happened here. Thank you Joyce and Josh for showing that you value my service. I hope the company recognizes your great work. Kudos to your team at this location.
