Called to get a refund because I have no sauce and my pizza was hard then whoever answers the phone tells me he made the wings like he made them right or something lmao then hangs up on me wothout confirming my refund. Now no one is answering the phone and google says they are not too busy right now SMH

This review is for you to check the time of your order, according to me I made a mistake instead of ordering for home delivery I ordered to pick up but never in all the 40 minutes that it took me to realize my mistake my order was updated or I received any message that my order was ready my children were left without pizza I without my money and according to them all the food was thrown in the trash, in short I will not order more pizza hut

My pizza took longer than expected and there was literally no sauce and bubbles all over my 9 yr old daughters cheese pizza and baby on my tavern style pizza... probably not ordering from here again.. I just want food I pay for to be done atleast like they give a shit.. so hurtful getting crap food.

I ordered a pizza at six and buffalo wings. The tracker showed it the order being taken then the next tracker a few minutes later said it was in the oven. It showed it being in the oven for 35 minutes. I was wondering where my stuff was so I called And they said that they had one delivery person and he’ll be back in two minutes and then they’ll deliver My food I’ve been waiting Wait 10 minutes after that and then it showed it was delivered but I don’t have my food. My son said hey mom, I think they delivered it next-door. I go really so I called Pizza Hut again and I asked them where is my food and then the neighbor said it’s over here I go you got my food and the person on the phone from Pizza Hut hung up on me so this is why I’m writing a review because it took an hour for my food to be delivered and they delivered it to the wrong house and didn’t care cause he hung up on me. This Pizza Hut is only five minutes away. I don’t understand. I also left a tip and I will not leave a tip when I order my food anymore. If I get my food, then I’ll give them a cash tip and I won’t use contactless delivery because of the incompetence of the delivery person.

50 years ago their pizza was decent. Now it's just plain bad. Any frozen pizza is far better than pizza hut.
Ordered just shy of $70 worth of a delivery order online. An hour after placing the order, I decided to call the store. They had to contact the driver to find out that our delivery was taken to the wrong address. Told us they would remake our order and deliver it. It's now 7 o clock and we can't wait any longer to feed our kid. No compensation for their mistake. DO NOT ORDER from here. Marco's down the street has a better & more consistent record and treats their customers better. Don't believe me? Read the other reviews for this location. Unacceptable.
