Worst location ever. They will sell you half cooked rice and when told it’s hard as a rock will continue to sell it, leave out half your order, app doesn’t work half the time….nothing but issue every time.

Never been to this locations before. My wife wanted Qdoba for lunch. Food was good. Service was good. Wish I would have gotten a little more steak for the cost.

The app wasn't working. It kept saying they were closed even though, they still had 1hr left. I was told that they kept getting orders......so I don't know. Yes I did get a mini bowl but whoever made this was very skimpy on the what I wanted in it

I placed a curbside pick up order because it was 95 degrees outside, and I had my 15 month old twins with me. I arrived at the stipulated time, parked in the designated spot, and called the number on the sign. I followed the directions in the confirmation email exactly. The person on the phone was rude from the minute they answered, then they lied and told me my order said I needed to come inside to pick it up. I told the person that I couldn't come inside because I had small children in the car that I could not leave by themselves, and the guy hung up on me. I had to get both toddlers out of their car seats, carry them both inside, and then wait to be helped. When they finally did help, they were rude and not apologetic. At no point was I rude or unkind to anyone, so the fact that the employees on duty all had bad attitudes by default was extremely off-putting. While I was waiting, there was another customer that was having an issue with their to-go order, and the manager on duty did not seem at all helpful to this person either, so maybe it was just a bad day for the staff. Truly a horrendous customer service experience. If the store does not have the manpower or will to complete curbside orders, then they should not list them as an option when ordering. I would have ordered from somewhere else if I had known that curbside would not be an option.

Very comfortable seating and food is always great!
First time here. The food was good, but I do not like being rushed through the line and talking with people who can't seem to hear you (I speak loudly enough as is) and either acted like they ignored your questions, didn't care, or didn't hear. It has potential, but it felt like we (the customers) were annoying to the employees.

Dude....I'm just speechless at how terrible the people at the counter are at reading, let alone, making your food. Reading is fundamental, guys. Just clean the slate and start over at this point.

The whole time I was trying to get a drink and check out, the guy was talking to his buddy who was hanging out at the end of the counter. It was super disrespectful and frustrating. I will never go back to the MWC location.
