I don't care how a places food tastes, if the employees are rude it ruins it. There were two female workers at the front fixing the food, they genuinely made me feel like i was a bother being there. The attitude was just crazy to be honest, if i asked for another scoop or even just say what i want they'd look at me like i did something wrong, I’ve worked in customer service, the way they were acting was not okay. In my opinion if you treat customers like that go work somewhere that you don’t have to interact with the customers!

Please start treating your take-out orders as you would your Dine-in. There should be no reason as to why Qdoba is allowing for take-out orders to only get one scoop of meat and one scoop of rice for the price of $13. If people are already paying $13 for a bowl of meat & rice, diligently make sure the bowl is full. Shame on how poor my DoorDash order looked like a kid’s meal.

I go to Qdoba frequently and the food is always great however, my fiancé and I had a bad experience with the employees throughout the process of ordering our food. There was four workers up front so the process went by fairly quickly but once we got to the cold food we got very discouraged and felt very uncomfortable when the worker started judging us for how much food he got in his burrito. He had gotten to the cold food and she had asked what he wanted. She was rude but straight to the point. She eventually looked down at the burrito, her eyes got big, and she made a remark something to the nature of “you’re gonna eat all of that food” and then proceeded to count each individual piece of shrimp since he got double meat of the surf and turf. We got very uncomfortable at that point as she was joking with the three other coworkers about it and the burrito broke so she asked if he wanted it double wrapped and he said sure. She just blank stared at us as if it was inconvenient and not part of her duties and still big eyed as to how big the burrito was. Anyways, we got our food, all good.
My sister and I went to have dinner there and the first thing we noticed was the grumpy mood of the workers, they weren’t friendly at all! Second, the pinto beans were really dry so I had to mix the black beans with them for a little extra juice. I wanted half chicken and half shrimp! The last time I ordered shrimp I really enjoyed the citrus taste and how big they were, these weren’t like that at all! These were so tiny and VERY overcooked!!!The amount of meat I received was for a toddler! I’m still paying the same price for meat, but now getting wayyyy less, it shouldn’t matter if you get half and half you still need your moneys worth! I asked for the mango salsa and the lady whom I believe to be a manager angrily said “we haven’t had that since last year” like I would’ve known that! The overall customer service was terrible and my food wasn’t any better! It was cold and if it wasn’t for all my veggies I would’ve had much to eat! This used to be one of my favorite places to eat, but this will be my last time for a very long time! You all need to do better!!!

Made an online order drove to the store after stopping at a gas station still food wasn’t ready just to get in store and wait 20 more minutes for double chicken and rice. I had to show the worker my email confirmation that I ordered from the store just to get half a scoop of rice and half scoop of chicken never going back to this store. $13 for this, no drink no toppings crazy.
The food and atmosphere were both fantastic! Service was quick but rude. Almost like the employees didn't want to be there.
