Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers

Decided to get a bite to eat and i don't know why i chose this place. Food was terrible and service wasn't much better bathroom's were dirty and drink choices were limited.

Absolute trash you spend $20 When you asked for extra toast and no fries and then they only give you fries. Literally an hour away by the time I noticed. Asked for no fries. Only wanted toast and they gave me no toast.

When you ask for an Arnold Palmer they only give you tea 9 times out of 10, so the workers can make less lemonade.
Which is STUPID since I'm just gonna order straight LEMONADE now your gonna have to make more instead of giving me my half an half.
Edit: Also I have been coming here for years average couples times a month only in 2024 and 2025 have they been doing this dumb thing.

A good place when you're craving some chicken Tenders. Sweet tea is what I go for, it's consistent! The team is pretty consistent with just doing their job when it comes to customer service "ring uo, give food, and go" mentality. But, quick bite and no issues.

Better service at a damn Waffle House I swear. 3 times its taken more than 20 minutes for them to get me a box combo…

Only knocking off a star bc me and my roommate both didn’t get our bread on 2/25. Not sure if they were out or not, but everything else was great.

My family normally LOVES Raising Cane's. They've forgotten my extra sauces a couple times but nothing to stop me from coming back. Unfortunately today's visit just didn't cut it for anyone. The fries definitely needed salt and to be cooked longer, we had chewy tenders, and a "sweet" tea that tasted completely watered down and didn't have enough sugar to make it sweet. The prices have gone up but the food seems to have declined. If we didn't have groceries in the car and hungry kids after driving home I would have just brought it back, I was left disappointed and feeling like it wasn't worth the money at all. Today's visit definitely put us off from ever coming back.

Not bad for fast food chicken.

We get food via the drive-thru here pretty regularly. Honestly I've never eaten inside, only take out.
The food is great. It's a pretty good value for the money. But don't ask for extra Cane's sauce if you don't want to pony up the extra money. They are proud of it.

Chicken strips were more like chicken nuggets! Can’t believe they are making smaller portions, trying to charge the same! What a joke!!

the food is GREAT but the customer service smh now that’s a whole different story, everyone on the crew expect probably a manger or two are children nothin but a crew full of high schoolers who can not count money front or backwards smh i have been to this location multiple times and my change has been incorrect and instead of a “manager” correcting the issue i was made to feel as if I’m the one trying to get over !! I would not recommend this location to ANYONE unless you don’t care to loose a few bucks ! lol
