In the past I had gotten the chopped brisket on two occasions that was all fat, so I switched to the sliced brisket and it has been good since. But this time, I ordered The sliced brisket and it's literally nothing but a giant mound of fat, it's not even sliced. I can't believe that someone would think that it was acceptable to serve this. And it almost $18.00. This is the last time I get food from this restaurant.

I was looking forward to eating here but my server never showed up after 10 mins of me getting seated . It was very dead inside . No customers . So I got up and left . It was a Monday at 6:30 pm June 8 2024 .

Ok in all ways. I.like rib crib, I just don't like smelling like a smoke house for the rest of the day!
Ordered by phone, they told us 20 minutes. When we got there, we waited another 30 minutes, with no update, nothing. I can't tell you how the food was because we never received it. I ordered a bake potato that apparently wasn't anywhere near being done, and instead of just saying that, they made us wait. Very bad service.

Nicer place than I-240 location. Portions are small for the amount you pay. Nothing special about it.
So I went there on a Friday night,and I think the bar was closed. I think that because they didn't have draft beer. And their bottled beer wad laughably expensive. I was kind of considering walking out.
The servers were actually pretty good. I had no problems or anything missing from what I did order. I was glad I didn't walk out.
Their bbq looked sus, so I went with chicken strips. They were actually really good! And the server asked me if I wanted ranch (I didn't really, but relented), which was also really good!
As a place for beet and bbq, this doesn't seem like it. But 5 stars for the quality wait staff in what appeared to be a dying situation.

Looking for BBQ by Tinker this place hit the spot. The service was fast and friendly and the BBQ was good. Not the best BBQ ever, but definitely a good BBQ. Had the Carolina Pulled Pork, BBQ beans and Mac and cheese and was very satisfied with everything. Go check this place out.
