I do not know why I bother to come over here... I would do better going to 240 and Walker. The service over here and the quality of the food suck.

When they first opened it was great, now it doesn't matter if they're packed or practically empty, every time, the service is absolutely HORRIBLE. We were ignored at the door for a good 4-5 minutes while the 3 staff members continued to talk at the bar. (They didn't even acknowledge us!) Then, the waitress acted like she really didn't want to take our order or serve us. I had to politely remind her to bring us silverware, & she left us waiting for what seemed forever for another ketchup that wasn't empty. The drink order was wrong, but the food was pretty good. I'm normally not a person to leave a bad review, but be warned. Find another S & B's. This one has awful service every time.

We went in close to closing time and we still got wonderful service and fresh food. The atmosphere is always great, the rotating specials are always tasty, the staff is always friendly, this is one of our favorites!!

I was so pleased with this place. I had a black bean burger and 50/50 fries. All great! Portion was small but I am alright on that. I was so delighted to get an alternative milkshake. Oat milk and coconut ice cream with Oreos. So good! Service was too notch too. The young man waiting on us was very attentive.

I don't remember are servers name but she was amazing. When I get salads I'm never able to eat it all so she said she could split it up and box the other half for me to take home that I wouldn't have to do it when I ate what I wanted. So she brought me half a salad and then when I was done she brought me the boxed up half. Thank you for going the mile to help me that's why you got a 10.00 dollar tip on a 27.00 tab. Keep up the amazing job. I also left her a thank you note on the ticket.

Took an hour to get our food, 30 min to place the order. They were short handed for a short time but not the whole time. When we left there were only 3 tables and no staff out on the floor. The food was less than mediocre so that didn’t make the wait worth it. Sure covid has made staffing an issue but where are the managers and owners trying to make this better? This could have been rectified with better quality food, explanation of the wait and checking on tables. I rated two stars because our waitress refilled our waters

Came in on lunch break ordering carry out. Sat for 25 minutes while watching people be seated and brought their food before me. I only ordered a burger meal with a shake and didn't even get my fries. WILL NOT MAKE THIS MISTAKE AGAIN.

Wanted a burger in a patio dining setting while we were in Midwest city & found the S&B burgers on Douglas. I love the S&B orginal location on northwest 59th and May Ave and looked forward to getting some burgers with the family. The patio dining area is covered & on the west side of the building. Good burgers, fries, tots, salads, & fried mushrooms. Shakes were tasty too. Fast friendly service. A great option if you're in Midwest city and want patio dining.

Me and my family went to S&B tonight got seated and was waiting for a server for over 12 minutes had two servers walk right past us and had five parties come in after us and they all got their drinks and food put in while we were waiting on someone to come greet us. Normally I love S&B but I won’t be going back to this location. I manage a restaurant in okc so their excuse meant little to me after I saw those five tables putting in their orders while we were waiting on someone to come greet us. We are not happy with the Service
