I have been to this Starbucks many times. Always a pleasant experience. Today a young man in training took my order. I wanted light ice in my drink. The girl who made it made it 3/4 full of ice. I asked her nicely if she could remove some. She proceeded to make a huge production of scooping out ice. It was obvious she was mad. A colleague even said she through a cup yesterday because she was mad. I will not return to this Starbucks as long as she is there.
