I love coming to this location, specifically because of the staff they have on hand everybody works like a well oil machine. Everybody is diligent and getting the job done. Getting your drink out as soon as possible. And they're always busy with a super kind staff, and very friendly!!!!!!!

I don't appreciate that you have to buy an item to be able to order water. I was perfectly fine with paying for water, that's okay! But, their new policy is that you have to buy an item to get water. I decided to try and buy water, but they said it was free and they couldn't ring it up, because it's $0.00. I didn't want food or coffee, I already had so much of that. I wanted water, but they couldn't sell it.
I understand specific reasons behind it, but really....water is a necessity. America is free. Just give out the water. I was there to work on college work at a cafe for the first time in a year, and that really criticized the environment. I give 5 stars for the lovely atmosphere, but one star for the service.
Like seriously....what if someone is coming in to get an ice water? It used to be one of my favorite things. At least let us pay for it. That policy needs to change.

I'm giving this four stars based on price alone. No one is arguing that Starbucks doesn't have great. But you sell an addictive product, and you definitely take advantage of the fact that people will pay you whatever you ask to get their coffee. I'm just going to leave that right here.

The only Starbucks I’ve ever had refuse me ice water. lol they said I needed to purchase. I even offered to show them where I purchased a coffee from them an hour previously and they still said no 🙌

In my opinion, everybody needs to be fired for discrimination and lack of care for any part of their JOBS. They refused to tell me their names because they don’t want me to tell Corporate. That’s how you know that they are dirty.

I drove through the drive-through today and the machine wasn’t reading my card so the guy with the pink hair today. Said “oh let me see and he pushed the button” and apparently he decided to tip himself a dollar even though I was not tipping at all.
