If I could give no stars I would . Rudest people I have ever dealt with. I try to give benefit of the doubt that maybe a bad day, but repeat performance says otherwise. This is the one on 29th. Even spoke with mgr, no help . Please retrain your staff.

Worst Starbucks I've been to. A multi billion dollar business that can't even break my hundred dollar bill it makes no sense

I drove through the drive-through today and the machine wasn’t reading my card so the guy with the pink hair today. Said “oh let me see and he pushed the button” and apparently he decided to tip himself a dollar even though I was not tipping at all.

Service here is terrible! Waited 15 minutes for my 3 item. Received my drink fast but waited 15mins for a bake good, one of the barista’s stopped what she was doing to check on my order. Then, proceeded to tell me that they were out of that item. There were two people taking care of food order, why couldn’t they say anything? Every time I come here is the same bad service, maybe only Sundays?? (lol)…going to target next time!!!

The 1st time ever that there wasn't a line in the drive thur. We got the carmel macchiato, and it wasn't good. The ones I had before were good and sweet.

Ordered food and drinks to sit and complete some work in their sitting area. After receiving our drinks 10 to 15 minutes went by and we never got called for our food. A worker approached us and stated the lobby was closing due to lack of staff and they were doing drive through only. So we were asked to leave. I stated our food hadn’t even come out and the gal asked our name. Then she walked over to the counter where it was sitting the entire time. Nobody ever. Called it out that it was ready. We left with cold food and work that still needed to get done. Seeing we are on the road crossing the country we were depending on this stop to get work done. Very dissatisfied. There was no need to ask us to leave. The staff could’ve easily just told us what was happening. And the lack of not calling out orders when they are ready is a lack in fulfilling job duties.

My Mom and I love going to starbucks before I have to go to work! Some of the workers in there are really sweet but lately we just wait and go to the one in Target instead of this one because it seems that this starbucks is rarely open They been closing like that A lot lately. We do like going to starbucks we just wish they were open more. A couple of the ladies are really friendly in there.

Ordered from the Starbucks app for pickup. When I arrived to the store. For reasons, I don't know the door was locked for temporary reasons. This didn't reflect on the app.
Even though I saw my order on the pick-up table. The lady gestured to me that I would have to get in line. With the long lines as it is and having to wait in the drive thru, I knew our order was going to be cold.
By the time we got to the pickup window, the drinks were room temperature at best. The person at the drive-thru was very nice and helped with getting sugar packets. Besides the fact that they forgot to make one of the drinks. I'm just going to go to another starbucks.

Ninja Mom Boss And Family

They made my drink twice and it still doesn’t taste right. I tried to tell them how I like it and how the other stores usually make it. They insisted in order to make my caramel Frappuccino. They had to leave the coffee out so now it doesn’t taste like coffee. When I asked them to sub espresso decaf for the coffee since they didn’t have decaf for it they insisted that I had to pay $1.25 more when I refuse and that’s not how the other stores usually do it. They made my coffee shots to make it half Now it doesn’t taste good. The manager came over and was more concerned about the dollar and $.25 then he was about having a satisfied customer now I’m driving home drinking a coffee that I don’t like.

I really love this location! My drink is made the same way each time amd never tastes different like when i go into other locations. My go to is the iced white chocolate mocha with sweet cream and carmel!

The baristas are almost always friendly and the drinks are generally well made. I feel like Norm from cheers when I order, they know my name and face etc. I swear I only drive though once a week or less. (My points imply this might be a lie.)

Karen was talking to a boy when I approached the counter with my son to order and as we politely waited for her to finish her casual conversation with a target employee she rudely asked what we wanted and as I was telling her we just want a cup with half ice, whole milk, and caramel drizzle with caramel sauce she walks away after putting the change on the counter ignoring my sons hand ( no receipt) it was the wrong size, to the top with ice, no caramel or anything. Karen is definitely living up to her name ?

I live in Tulsa. I’m in town working. I stopped in on my 15 break to order a cookie and a caramel ribbon crunch. After stand at the counter for 4 minutes without being acknowledged just to witness Taylor toss people food in frustration. Only to be greeted because I was about to leave. My order was taken but all I got was my cookie. I was there for 13 minutes and all I got was a cookie. I watch the girls push out drinks the entire time. Even when I ask for my refund because my 15 minute break was over there was no empathy. It felt like take your money and get out.after a while I felt like I business wasn’t wanted. I really hope it’s not because I was the only black person I saw for the time I was there. It felt horrible. The NO REMORSE REALLY GOT ME. Hope hope other locations in the city are biter than this one.
