It was disappointing. Can't use coupons and some things were out and they said there was enough for just one serving. But the little bowl wasn't even half full. Waited for 10 to 20 minutes just to place our order. I guess if you actually show up in person you don't get waited on.

After 3 attempts, I give up. Not only do they not make the sandwiches correct even when tipping the veggies are spoiled! Im so over it. I'll definitely from now on go to another location. Please read reviews before giving people a chance it would of definitely saved me multiple trips!

My daughter came in tonight to order a sub, she tried to pay with an e-gift card and she was told that they don't take them and they refused to accept it. When she told the cashier that she used it before they said that a manager has to override it and that there wasn't a manager there!!! She eats at that location all the time and has never been treated like that before. Need to be better at customer service.

I absolutely love this subway, it's my go to every saturday & sunday after work. I've never felt so happy to get off work & eat food. I also really like that one dude who bows his hat at you when you're leaving, such a silly guy :3

The franchise owner decided to stop taking coupons. Not just specific coupons but all subway coupons.

What kind of people would have the audacity to talk down to their customers...? Service workers need to be personal, professional, and helpful. Asking someone to stop talking while they are trying to order a sandwich is unreasonable, but I heard the lady taking my order call my kid disgusting, and she rolled her eyes at the register when the tip screen popped up and walked away talking about how we can skip the tip option under her breath. Glad to say I will never be back in that location.

They had a meal deal ad for 6.99 in the window. My husband and I asked if they were still honoring the ad. The sandwich artist said "yes". We proceed to order and when we when to pay the cashier said they were no longer doing the meal deal. They said the ad in the window has an expired date on it. And it was meal deals online. I took a second look at the ads and it didn't state anything the subway employees said. I feel mulnipulated

Arrived at around 8:25. Placed an order at the drive through. Sat there for 10-15 minutes. Knocked on the window at the drive through, there was no note saying that the employee was on break. Turns out the employee was in their car texting. Would have been nice to know someone was there as we just ended up leaving without our sandwiches. So frustrating :(

if i could put -10 i would. i have NEVER in my life complained or brought back food but i found a whole fingernail in my sandwich!!! when i went in to complain they wanted like they had no idea how it got there. they don’t wear gloves and honestly their customer service sucks. DO NOT GO HERE. EVER.
