My daughter ordered through the app and it double charged her. When she got her food and realized it was doubled she looked at the receipt and realized she was charged for their mistake. After bringing it up to management she was basically told they couldn't do anything about it and she was SOL. Save your time and a headache and just go to Jimmy Johns... or McAlester's...or Jersey Mike's... or Firehouse... like you get it, there's better options for the same price or cheaper all within a mile or 2.

I was in the restaurant ordered online , they knew I was there. Put the food in the pick area I had no clue it was ready . It ended being soggy !! There were no napkins in the bag. The manger should have told the guy to bring it out to us . Just real disappointed in my food and the manger . Being we are both subway mangers as well .

Worst subway I have ever been too. Go to super subs down the street they are locally owned, if you want drive through go to jimmy johns. When I was at subway they told because there screen for drive through orders was broken I had togo in. I couldn’t go in because I had my baby sleeping in the back. The lady was extremely rude for no reason this is the last time I will be at this subway.

Rude blonde older lady. Whole staff needs to learn manners.
Go to Jersy Mike's! The door said open till 10, but the doors were locked at 830. We have a large family. The touch screen drive-through menu is incomplete. We were unable to complete our order. We pressed the button for help and were basically told to bad. Subway has become poor quality anyway, but now the convenience is also gone. Save your time go yo Jersy Mike's.

The worker handled money. Turned around and changed 1 glove, never washed her hands, and had the nerve to get upset when I demanded she change both gloves. Other customers agreed. The worker then gave ne less ingredients on my sandwich and got even more angry when I asked her to remake my sandwich. She would not accept my $100 bill so I felt very comfortable with leaving with being served. Subway do you or do you NOT want business. I bought something else. .

Manager Chrystal was INCREDIBLY RUDE! Had absolutely no patience. And when I say no patience she asked a question and if I didn’t answer within that second she asked again. I would rather walk 10 miles in the snow barefoot than come back to this subway.
