I was getting to-go and I was sent away with 4 drinks in a box because they had run out of drink carriers, which is understandable.
But when I got home I saw soda spilled everywhere because each hole where the straws would go had been opened/punctured and the drinks had been spilling out the top. If it is a prank, it’s a weird one. To see the lid of EVERY drink tampered with and a big mess in my seat is very annoying.
It would explain why the employees were being cold when I asked for straws.

BBQ sauce is not great. Ordered the tator fire things came out cold. Okra was over cooked had no okra left inside. Meat was decent i love BBQ sauce tho and that made it a bad experience. The ice cream at the end was the best part 😋

Ordered a slab of ribs okra and rolls. On 9/11/25 and was not happy. The ribs were tough and the rolls were a bit dry. Okra was cooked perfectly. Never had tough ribs from there before. Somebody dropped the ball.

Very awesome atmosphere. I ordered tenders with Mac and cheese and fried okra. The okra was not only over fried but cold. Tenders were very bland, I was expecting a little more flavor to them. Value of the meals are pretty on point. I would maybe try and return.

I’ve never been to this new location in MWC but I have had their breakfast tacos from business meetings and they’re AMAZING. So decided to try for lunch and when I got to the menu board through the drive-through, I asked if they had those tacos for lunch as well? The lady said no they were only for breakfast. So I looked at the menu and saw mainly platters which wouldn’t be convenient since I had to drive to an appointment. I said never mind and pulled forward and didn’t realize that there wasn’t an exit out and that I had to wait behind previous orderers which was about 7 minutes. while I waited, I perused the menu online and noticed that they had pretty simple sandwiches. I finally pulled up to the window and told her I apologize, I didn’t realize you had sandwiches can I still order? She replied, “No, I am busy.” Direct quote. I know it was an accident that I held up the line but I’ve never been refused service before. Not a good experience.
