I can tell by the reviews already here that I am definitely not the first person that has had a problem with this location. I just ordered my food and it was not what I ordered. When I called and talked to somebody and she said that I had to order something a specific way because I guess there was more than one item under a particular combo number. I told her I had not eaten at Taco Bell in three years so that there was no way I would’ve known that. And she instantly started accusing me of being hateful. I was in customer service for over 10 years. Clearly retraining is either needed at this location or completely re-staffed. The people that work here are extremely rude. And clearly do not know how to handle when they make a mistake.

I hate to do this bc I get uber eats from here ALL the time but this one just…wasn’t it. My husband and I both realized half the burrito was just tortilla and it was stale but other than that everything was great but pleaseeeee fill the tortilla!

Do not EVER advertise your hours to be until 2am if you're closed well before 10pm... even Walgreens shows their ridiculous hour differences of all places.
