Upon paying for my meal the manager asked for me to pull up a car length and wait for my order. There were two cars ahead of me waiting by the door, no one was behind me and now no one waiting at the actual window.
I didn’t get my receipt right away so I didn’t know I made an error with my order until the young associate brought me my food. So I drive around to exchange my order inside. The two young associates were as sweet as pie and had my order corrected by the time I walked into the store.

We came ss a big group and even as we were laughing about in the drive-through, they still helped us with our missing stacker even though I had just walked up to the drive through to correct it at midnight.

Ordered thru app, went thru drive thru, they missed half our order, went inside told them what they missed, they STILL missed an item, went in for a second time, then the kid wasn't even going to put the item in a bag!! They were too worried about another coworker that was late to focus on the task at hand!! After a 14 hour work day some people just wanna grab food and go home, my gosh!!!! DO BETTER!!!!

When At Taco Bell on S Douglas Blvd at SE 29th St, know that Cody, Ari, Savannah, and Holden have you covered. Food was fresh/hot. Speed of service was a bonus too! Make sure to stop through and show them some love.

Went through the drive through to order $9 box with soft shell not crunchy and a steak quesadilla mango with the box I had to repeat several times after the third time I went to the window and gave him my order he gave me a hard time didn’t get my soft shell and left with a head ache……. Not the first time having issues with this Taco Bell Not sure if I will be back

Service is extremely slow. Staff rude and very non chalant about the wait time. Yes 30 minute waits at Taco Bell are ridiculous. (27 mins to be exact) 5 are on their phones and/or leaned back talking while 1 does something every now and then. Lol.

At this point I feel like they are purposely leaving food out everytime I order. Doesn't make sense to leave out 2-3 items EVERYTIME I order. I can see it happening once and awhile but every dang time? Either they need to hire a whole new crew or shut down until it can be manged right. Just terrible.
These people suck and they don’t care. about making there customers happy. I just came in there and ordered my food and it was done in like 10 mins. I look and my tacos is slopping and everything going everywhere. They messed my cantina taco up. They suck horrible management and employees

Went through the drive thru immediately received my food after paying. I pulled over next door at ON CUE and my food was already cold.
The service with the kitchen staff was great, the only thing that sucked was the tall guy behind the counter. He was very rude and acted like we were beneath him.

The Taco Bell site says they offer military discount, but when asked they told me they don’t. False advertising? For the price and lack of respect for the military vet or current active duty will opt to go in and done at local Mexican restaurants where the discount is honored.
