You have child like workers talking about how a kid named Cody came in drunk to work and didn’t get written up, half the staff is high out of their mind and not even able to answer a simple question. This is Taco Bell it shouldn’t take 30+ minutes

November 4th night shift - the guy at the window was a guy who still believes in customer service. Very kind and fast. I didn’t get my quesadilla I was craving but I was hooked up with some pretty good nachos. 10 out of 10 will come again thanks to great workers.

Upon paying for my meal the manager asked for me to pull up a car length and wait for my order. There were two cars ahead of me waiting by the door, no one was behind me and now no one waiting at the actual window.

I didn’t get my receipt right away so I didn’t know I made an error with my order until the young associate brought me my food. So I drive around to exchange my order inside. The two young associates were as sweet as pie and had my order corrected by the time I walked into the store.

We came ss a big group and even as we were laughing about in the drive-through, they still helped us with our missing stacker even though I had just walked up to the drive through to correct it at midnight.
