WALKED IN TO TACO BELL AT THE ABOVE LOCATION AND WAS WAITING BEHIND A MAN IN LINE. I STOOD THERE FOR APPROX: 7 MIN. WHEN THE MAN IN FRONT OF ME SAID HE DIDN'T KNOW WHAT WAS GOING ON THE LADY PROBABLY THE MANAGER STORMED OFF AND WAS HAVING A MELT DOWN IN THE BACK. APPROX: 5 MORE MIN WENT BY AND THE LADY CAME BACK WAS VERY RUDE ,SHE SAID TO THE MAN SHE DID NOT HAVE ENOUGH EMPLOYEES TO RUN THE FRONT CASH REGISTER AND WE WOULD HAVE TO PLACE OUR ORDERS AT THE KIOSK. HE TOLD HER HE DIDN'T HAVE A CREDIT CARD. I JUST WANTED TO ASK A QUESTION ABOUT THE ORDER I WAS GOING TO PLACE. I KNOW TACO BELL IS TRYING TO MAKE EVERYBODY USE THE KIOSK SO THEY DON'T NEED TO HIRE MORE EMPLOYEES. HOWEVER YOU LOST ME AS A CUSTOMER TODAY BECASE OF THE RUDENESS AND NOT HELPFUL. IF THE STORE DOES NOT HAVE ENOUGH EMPLOYEES CLOSE THE DOOR. I KNOW TACO BELL IS JUST A FAST FOOD STORE BUT LOOKS TO ME WAITING ON CUSTOMERS IS NOT WHAT IT WANTS TO DO.

I have to order from this place occasionally since it's near my job at Tinker. Almost every single time they mess up my order. I order two burritos and I end up with three broken shelled tacos. I order a crunch wrap, they give me a bean burrito with most of the beans OUTSIDE the tortilla.
Not to mention that their service staff is EXTREMELY rude. Everytime I circle back and demand the correct order that PAYED FOR they give me the worst attitude.
Their corporate offices really need to backhand the heck out the staff there and replace them with actually competent employees.

Driving through town and not from the area. Deciding to stop here because it wasn’t busy and Cane’s was packed. Ordered Cantina taco combo. Tacos were very light on filling and the shell tasted stale, though I recognized this is a different type of shell than the normal tacos. Not worth the price. Window attending was pretty straight-faced and didn’t say much when taking my card or handing me the food. Good not great.

Went to get some tacos and they gave me stale tacos so i called and when the lady answered the phone she was rude and told us they would remake it so we went back up there and they gave us more stale tacos… do not recommend going here i would go to a different taco bell service was also not that great?

Taco Bell in Del City isn't the best. The building looks just as grundgy as the workers. Their service wasn't the best but that was my fault in going there. The Taco Bell in Midwest City by the Base is where I usually go. The service and food is just as great as the workers.
