don’t usually write reviews but I had to for the service I was given. had a huge order for me and my co workers and we had so many customized items and they nailed them and it was so fast! Shout out to Janessa for helping us out.

Disrespectful thing 1 at the window had an attitude and stared at me through the window making faces. I did add a small drink at the window so my fault I suppose. The ad for the new Baja flavor flashed after my order was done. I asked for a refund because absolutely not will I give my money and feel as though I did something wrong. Thing 1 and thing 2 then proceeded to hang out the window flipping customers off and calling customers profanities. Nasty individuals handling customers receipts with gloves on from making food. Sad miserable people stuck working in Saturdays looking to ruin other people’s Saturdays.

I'm usually here on Saturday morning, the staffs on Saturday morning are friendly. The Mango Peach Agua Refresca and Cheesy Melt Grilled Steak Burrito are pretty good. Coffee was out 😭 😭 😭 so I got the cinnamon delight instead, they were okay.
This is simple, I ask for hot sauce in the drive thru for my order.. Got a bunch of mild sauce. Went inside and ask for hot sauce. She looked at me like, get some from the dining area. I said there was none there. She then proceeded to get some from the drive thru area with an attitude. I swear, it's hard to get good help these days!!! Didn't get her mame

I have recently made this my preferred Taco Bell. I recently started working evening shift and their hours give me more options than McDonald’s when I’m hungry after work.
I have always had a passion for Taco Bell and their mission. I want to say that this Taco Bell exhibits so many of their HUNGRY principles.
Today I visited prior to going in to work during their lunch rush. Mind you today is also a federal holiday. And I received the best customer service! Janessa was working the window today and when I say she was friendly and hit every touch point I mean it! She even happily made me a large water at the window because you can’t order a water on the app. Janessa blew not just my socks but also my shoes off! I let her know right then and there how awesome she was!
After leaving I got to start eating my lunch. What I found in my bag was no less than extraordinary! Every item, the correct sauce, napkins! My burritos had perfectly prepared beans and tasted like my childhood. The food was so fresh! My taco was perfectly portioned and tasted better than so many others I have gotten at competitors!
I called the store and spoke with the store manager Sam. I made sure to let him know how great of a team he has built and asked for the names of the crew that made my food.
Kyle and Michael were the guys making my food. I wanna give them a shout out for making sure that every order was delivered fast and clearly fresh!
I can’t praise this store enough! Usually I come at night. Let me emphasize that the service I got today is reflected even into the late night hours! No matter what time of day I recommend this location! It’s the hidden Gem of MWC!

Jaw droppingly amazing. I don’t usually leave google reviews but the last time I went there I kid you not, I had tears in my eyes from how delicious it was. The person who handed me my food in the drive thru was very kind and I appreciated the quick service. If every taco bell tasted as good as this one did I would leave a review for them too but this one just seems to hit the spot every time without fail.

After traveling all day, we went to this taco bell. They royally messed up the food, and the girl working the counter was so rude because THEY messed up and when I had to go back for the second time and she saw it was me-She was all JFC! like I can't even with rude people. You dont want to deal with people then get a different job.
