Well I've seen her very very good at all and pretty much sucked for me because I've been craving Taco Bueno for a good month or more in the first thing that they told me was was that they do not have the big freaking Taco anymore and I just don't understand it because it was one of your best items because they were perfect and never broke right now they're gone... Then I move forward to ordering a chicken muchacho and a beef and muchacho and that was ended up being like 17 or 18 bucks I was just disappointed from the beginning because I did not get nothing I wanted and still have to eat there l was so upset.. so it's going to be a long day in hell before I eat there again all because they don't have the big freaking talk to you anymore I just think it's crazy... And the staff was just a little too much rudeness in them I'm because

Worst experience I have ever had at a Taco Bueno location. Couldn’t understand a single thing over the drive thru speaker because of ridiculously loud noises coming from the roof (AC I assume). Got the wrong order. Went inside to have it fixed, and drove home only to discover they made the wrong order AGAIN. Don’t have the receipt because they took it from me when they went to remake it, and have tried to call the store 3 times to get a refund and no one will answer the phone.

10 years later and this Bueno is still the same. They're not polite at all, not even a smile. And I asked for queso instead of the guacamole and sour cream and got a have eaten queso instead. SMH. I'll have to keep driving elsewhere to get my Bueno fix.
This is my favorite fast food restaurant but the service here is very bad. I have had to wait for more than an hour on more than one visit to get my food, I've had items forgotten after waiting long periods in the drive thru (not worth waiting in line again to go back), and in the morning they are always in the back and a) never come to the window or b) see you and take their time helping you. One morning I waited 5 minutes after being seen by 3 different people and I was never spoken to or even looked at. Very upsetting for me because I live close to this one but have to drive to the south side of okc to enjoy one.

I’ve been going to Buenos multiple times per week for an unhealthy amount of years. This is one of the best locations for both friendly service and quality of food. Literally have perfect tacos every time. The staff is top notch and the service is quick even when it’s busy.

The store in midwest city is unclean, service is ok, but the fact that there were roaches crawling in view around the steam table where the meat and beans are. And i mean there were adult ones and baby ones. Which means they are infested. Makes me sad because i used to love eating at taco bueno. Never again. Whats worse is the workers have to know about this. But yet they are selling this food to children and older adults. So sad.
