The store in midwest city is unclean, service is ok, but the fact that there were roaches crawling in view around the steam table where the meat and beans are. And i mean there were adult ones and baby ones. Which means they are infested. Makes me sad because i used to love eating at taco bueno. Never again. Whats worse is the workers have to know about this. But yet they are selling this food to children and older adults. So sad.

Tremendously impressed with the crew here. The man at the drive thru was so fast at taking our order that I could hardly order fast enough! He was also extremely observant. Noticed the decorations on our car and congratulated my daughter on going to high school. We pulled around front and were eating, and he popped out to make sure everything was okay. Stellar customer service, sir. Also, the parking lot was clean, and the store was decorated for the Thunder game by @soledbyMelissa. Great job, manager! You care, and it shows! Best overall customer service experience I've had in a minute.

My boyfriend brought food home to the country, 30 minutes away from the restaurant. He asked to have the sauce put on the side but they DIDNT EVEN INCLUDE THE BEEF on a beef nacho salad. I tried to call the restaurant multiple times and no one has answered. What a disappointment.

Ordered bean burritos but were mostly flour tortillas with just a hint of beans and cheese.
Due to the high price of their regular tacos, ordered party tacos (without lettuce) but received taco shells with sprinkles of beef and a pinch of shredded cheese.
This has been happening for some time.
I love the taste of Bueno's tacos and burritos, but the prices are too high for receiving much less.
The last 2 visits, it took a while (8 to 10 min.) to receive my order.

Worst I have ever been to. Don't waste your time or money. It needs closed also. My first time there and my last.Cold food. Barely any meat all bread and dough. Staff not friendly at all.

Excellent excellent service and superb late night food. We came through Got a couple of party burritos a couple of bowls of beans and the drive-thru service is excellent The food was amazing We ate it on the highway if it's even better than some fancy stuff that we've had recently. This place gets a solid 5 always The night shift is excellent

The brisket queso had some small pieces of soggy chips in it!! Not reassuring at all; are they reusing leftover cheese? Are they dipping chips into it? Tried to call but no answer x2. Not going back there.

I heard this location was under new management and improved their service but it hasn't changed. I didn't get the food I ordered and the 4 party burritos I ordered were all stale and the chicken pieces inside were burnt and dried out. Won't be going back.
