There's no Taco Casa near my house so I went to thus location. Waited almost 10 minutes in drive thru line, employee handed me my drink with no straw, they a minute later handed me my food. I asked is the straw in the bag, he said yes. As I drove away, reaching in bag, there was NO straw. Sorry, this is importantto me, if I pay almost $3 for a drink and ask if there's a straw, I should get a straw. Super annoying drinking a coke with no lid in the car.

I'm NEVER eating at Taco Bell ever again. Sure they are mainstream and have their own type of menu, but I was always so sick of Taco Bell, Bueno, and Mayo, being the only options for good tacos. Those places always made me sick and I'm sure it does the same for anyone else that has it.
Taco Casa is such delicious, fresh, and healthier food it's bizarre to me that the other more mainstream companies are so popular by comparison.
I LOVE TACO CASA, every meal I have bought from them has been perfect every time, the people at this location are always friendly, and I've been getting healthier because of the quality in the food they serve.
Never, ever, going back to Taco Bell or it's mainstream alternatives, and I hope Taco Casa gets all the success and recognition it deserves.

This specific location is having food quality issues... Seems like the staff doesn't care at all about the food they're producing. I would only come here if you enjoy burritos with tortillas that aren't steamed, and other ingredients that aren't fresh....
If you need the taco casa fix, go to any other taco casa. They're much better than this location!

Just seems they make so many mistakes with there orders.Went thru drive thru.Get home my order is totally different.Decided ok will go inside same mistakes this time I call and spoke with a manager had him pull my receipt. They seem to have 10 people working on the floor but nobody checking orders.Just check your orders before leaving.

So I was just at taco casa and to state I love their food! But I’m extremely disappointed and outraged with the over night price jump!! I was informed at the window that they jacked there prices up over night. For just three soft tacos and a lg sweet treat I paid 14.75!!!! That’s freaking insane that’s not even a big meal by any means for a full grown man that’s a snack. It’s already to expensive to go to the grocery store everyday but to just keep jacking the prices up on food like this everywhere is crazy. 15 years ago in high school we could get a decent meal for $5 at Taco Bell and that’s not even possible anymore. So until prices come back down it will be rare for me to eat there anymore.
