The last few times we have getting snowcones here it’s tasted like flavored water and a lot of big chunks of ice in them! This place has went down hill in the last couple of years, I don’t know if they have gotten new management or what!

Spent 11 dollars for 2 snowcones to have no flavor and what flavor was in there tasted old. Waited over 30 minutes and was highly disappointed.

Even the kiddie size is crazy big so well worth the prices! The flavors are delicious and the service is fast and efficient! Can't beat being right next to a playground/park for the kids to run off the energy after!

Their cry baby flavor is diluted big time, it has no flavor. Had no idea, paid $4 for a medium, asked if they could do another flavor and they refused. They did try to redeem themselves by adding an f ton of sour spray but at that point it was just watery ice, such a waste of money and time. I went ahead and paid for an entire different snow cone, just plain green apple and they messed it up 3 times, and finally got it right, and I believe they’re watering down their flavors in general bc it also had little to no flavor. Tasted like plain ice. I thought I was crazy but had my mom and husband both try it and they both agreed with me. Very very disappointed never returning

We went tonight and was second in line. They forgot about us and got our snow cone after they serviced everyone else. Then my snow cone had no flavor and one big huge ice block. Could not eat it.
The workers there were very rude, and I got a cold uncooked fry.

It doesn’t look very safe that their ice is outside underneath an air conditioning unit where dogs can lick it and bugs can get inside of it. High price for Bad ice if you ask me.

So we were at a event today for backpacks and they paid for the icy and we went back later because there was no line and the lady was very rude saying that event is over and didn't know there was an event but they still paid for their snow cones should of gave me and my family our snow cones if we had the tickets still..
