First time here today and will also be the last!
Rarely receive this kind of service...
Firstly, you can tell when someone doesn't appreciate their job and you can certainly taste when someone has zero passion for food.
This was some of the worst food!!
Second, if you order rice somewhere and they specialize in that specifically, it should be perfect. This was so FAR. Mushy, so mushy and honestly, tasted like I was served two different batches, one old and one new. Terrible.
The steak was so poor. Poorly presented and so unwelcoming to my eye and pallet.
Super unfortunate!! Will not be back and will definitely not recommend.
The atmosphere and staff lack passion.
Do better or close!

Teriyaki Madness is the closest I've found to the teriyaki bowls I used to get in Seattle. I would like more veggies in my bowl though. The employees are always pleasant and helpful. The store could be a bit larger and cleaner but for the most part it's one of my favorite places to eat. Oh...the tea is not southern sweet tea! But...great food!!

I arrived at 8:50 to order some food and they said they're closed and can't take orders. I understand they close at 9pm so that is when they should stop selling food, otherwise change your hours. I wouldn't have driven 20 minutes to come eat here if I knew that while the hours state 9pm, they actually close earlier than that. I mean come on!

We didn’t even go! We called to ask about gluten free options and they had no idea what we were talking about.

Apparently a phone conversation with your back to the register is more important then a customer standing for 10 mins being ignored.

I did not know it was a tap order establishment. I’m fine with that. But, I witnessed the gentleman in front of me (that also did not know protocol) wait a long time before he figured out it was self service. What blows me is that there was a lady at the counter that never greeted either of us and watched us stand there confused. We never even received a hello. I guess customer service is a lost art. She simple could have stated “use the tap screen”. While sitting and waiting on my food I noticed another employee clock in. 5 minutes later 3 guest came in and were greeted by that gentleman and asked how can he be assisted. I’m definitely confused now. The 2 previous customers were COMPLETELY ignored and not assisted. We had to figure out how YOU run your business. I’m at a loss for words. I will NEVER spend any money in this establishment again. I will not take away the hard working cook or the gentleman that came in after myself and the guy ahead of me ordered. They treated their guest great. I’m highly disappointed and feel let down.

First time trying Teriyaki madness. When I walked into the store. The staff just looked at me. No greeting. When I told the staff to have a nice day. No response. If they would have been busy, that would have been one thing but they were not.
The food itself was good. Portions were good size.

The food had a lot of flavor!! I got the spicy orange teriyaki bowl and my husband got the spicy teriyaki bowl. Wish it came with a little bit more chicken...but it tasted so good.

I had the teriyaki steak, wife had chicken. Not greasy tasting. Every thing was cooked perfectly and the portion size was just right for the size bowls ordered. Good job y'all!!!

Food was really good. Wasn’t super impressed with veggie mix so likely do all broccoli next time. Felt the food was worth the price.
Staff was friendly. Biggest complaint is that all the tables were dirty. Was there during lunch but wasn’t that busy. Plenty of times someone could have walked around and wiped the tables down.
Will definitely return but likely to do take out.
