Did a pick up order but I'll be going back to dine in. Food was outstanding, never had gator and well now I'm a gator fan. Everything was hot, fresh and delicious. I wish every restaurant provided this level of to go order service.

I like the versatility in the menu and having so many choices. The service is always great and the atmosphere is relaxed and easy-going. I enjoy the food, and my only real complaint would be that the quality can be pretty inconsistent. Sometimes it's really good, sometimes it's decent, and others it's not the best. For the price, I expect better consistency but would still recommend trying it if you haven't.

This restaurant is awesome! I love their gator and catfish. The atmosphere is inviting and clean. The service was fast and the food was hot and fresh. We will definitely be going back again.

The fried shrimp is definitely great. Catfish is soggy if you get it to go so wouldn’t recommend to go cannot speak for sitting in to eat. Banana pudding was DISGUSTING do not get. Waste of money. Basically this place is good you just have to know what to order.

Ordered via UberEats. The catfish, shrimp, chicken tenders, hush puppies, corn, potatoes, red beans and rice, and coleslaw were all great. We will definitely need to go by for a dine in experience.

I was at this location on Friday, came in I guess closer to closing the bartender whom I am now told her name was Kennedy was rude. I went back in today to give this place another try because, I have been on a couple occasions and enjoyed the atmosphere. The bartender that was there tonight was nice. But I wanted to let the management know about my previous experience, and the manager, then proceeded to be rude to me on the phone as I was discussing with her what happened. I still tipped my bartender $10 as I wasn’t looking for any handouts, but just wanted to be handled a little differently. The manager took it upon herself to tell me that she was at home with her five year old daughter, and that the conversation was over. I was planning to bring new friends from Dallas, which is where I’m from in to this location this weekend as I have previously bragged about it. I won’t ever be back and I won’t bring anybody else with me. I asked the manager Who’s name is Ashley , was there anybody over her and she said no. That it was owned and franchised out. She also let me know that they get great stars on the customer service. I ask her what what does that have to do with the experience I have had? She was very rude from the moment she got on the phone, and unwilling to listen to what I was saying , She was already defensive, and had made her mind up that she was unwilling to even try to listen, or understand what I was saying. There was also a rude incident tonight with the server who brought me my food, but at least you apologize.and This place sucks as does the management!!! I only gave the service at four stars because of the bartender that was there tonight. Her name is Tee. She was really sweet and very appreciate it. If I could give it a zero for management, I would!!

Great place amazing workers but this too me doesn’t looks like $30 worth of seafood. $20 will get you like 2 pounds of frozen crab. And let’s be real we are in Oklahoma they definitely use frozen crab

Put in an online pickup order, went to pickup and they did not have my order in the system at all even after the payment went through on my account. The food was fresh as always but due to having to wait for my food I was late back to work from my break.
Definitely do not recommend making online orders through their website.

Order food from both restaurants. They did not even have the order for the wedge. Made the fish so it sat there while they made the pizza and told me that I could not have the food together because it is 2 different restaurants. Asked for wings well done they were not. The fish meal was waiting when I walked in I waited an additional 30 mins for my other food. They refused to remake the fish meal.

We actually bought from The Wedge Pizza. Carly helped us with our order. She was so sweet. I told her about our awful experience with a girl named Ethel earlier that day at Papa Murphy's, and she went above and beyond to make our experience memorable and enjoyable. The pizza was perfect. I ordered 1lb of snow crab tonight, now I love salt, I usually add extra salt to everything. This crab and seasoning, was completely drenched in salt. It was inedible. It was really really bad, I’m shocked how salty it was. Will not be ordering here ever again. So thankful door dash gave me a refund.

The jumbo shrimp basket that the restaurant also forgot the sauces on. Called to speak to the lady mgr and told her the situation she didn’t even apologize just told me to tell doordash what crappy service. Not sure if those shrimp qualify as jumbo but definitely not happy with the service. Now the 2nd time tha happened I guess they just don’t care.
