I literally eat at this one 3x a week and today was the last time. The past few times .I have been here the sante chicken has been half made either it’s missing veggies& beans or either it’s only chicken and cheese. Today I asked that please make sure it’s made correctly and again, and today I received onions cheese and chicken only.. and usually the smoothies are made correctly today it was so watery…. I think it needs new management bcuz I’m sure I’m not the only one complaining about the service, I finally am fed up with this location where I needed to post my review I literally order the same thing and I am disappointed to the max..

The manager (the mixed one) here is EXTREMELY RUDE!!! I have been here over 30 times with my boyfriend and they have a point system where you can get a free smoothie after 1200 points. Well, 16 smoothies later, I now had enough points to redeem a free smoothie. I came back to this location to redeem my smoothie and after **their** scanner wouldn’t work on the free smoothie barcode…. she just re-said the total and expected me to just be like “oh well”. I politely asked for a manger so that we could get the scanner to work and without even trying to scan it the manager said “we don’t have issues with any other barcodes, but we are having issues with this one and it’s not working” implying that I didn’t truly earn the points for my smoothie. After waiting for 15 minutes for the manager to get their scanner plugged in, my barcode actually worked. Where I was shocked is that even after waiting the 15 minutes for them to get my barcode to work they STILL made me wait for my smoothie. I knew for a fact something was up after how the manager had spoken to me then made me wait as long as she could. I knew they wouldn’t be expecting it, and I left my car in the drive through to walk to the door to see what was going on. I could not believe what I witnessed as one of the girls SPIT in my smoothie before she blended it. Trust me, I am in shock too. I have called corporate and am now warning the public-nobody should have to worry about being assaulted when going to a tropical smoothie. Their motto is “nice people are our kind of people” which I think is a complete joke after this experience. DO NOT EVEN WASTE YOUR TIME TRYING THIS LOCATION because you will be disappointed you spent time and money here.

We went and got Caesar salads and all the lettuce was brown and soggy and they just topped it with green spinach it was awful couldn’t even eat it. Kinda disappointed.

I've never really given reviews before but the girl who was working the speaker was so rude for no reason that I just felt like I had to give the 1 star
I'm so very sad that several of the food items have been discontinued due to the unavailable supplies. The smoothies are delicious and made to order. Morning staff is polite and the evening staff is polite as well. Will be back for smoothies!
