And then they dont even serve in order at that. Corporate needs to be made aware so they can get their butts kicked for cheating.

Emani was excellent despite the manager on duty at the time that was rude emani stepped in I’m also a General manger in okc . Krish Taylor was unprofessional and emani resolved the issue was wrong with the manager krish amani deserves her position hands down and I decided to record everything so please do what’s right . Ty

Kayla, My name is Curtis & im here today to make a review of your amazing establishment (Wendys) on SE 15th.. Not to be confused with the one in Del City The 2 are night & day when it comes to Food, Service, Atmosphere
So ill start off with Food..5☆ always for the square pattys & always love the Biggie Bag deals..I uaually get the Bacon Double Stack, 4 Nuggets, up the fries to large & upgrade to a Caramel Crunch Frosty..Which i hope they keep those infused frostys...AMAZING..
10☆ if i could for service..Kerk & Kris know how to run a store.. I eat here multiple times a week so i see the team work, the hard work, ect.. I see things that most customers don't realize what's going on.. And if not for these 2 & every other manager at his location is this store wouldn't be ran as smoothly...
Lastly Atmosphere, i usually don't eat inside whenever I eat fast food..But this building is farely new so it feels comfortable & its built as a modern Wendys say compared to the Wendys up the street on 29th. One very important detail are the always clean bathrooms. That might not seem like a big deal but it actually is.. And for someone who is done eating their food the last thing we want to do is walk into a dirty restroom to wash our hands

Worst Wendy's i have ever been yo. The staff are gross and disgusting. Watched the cashier pick scabs off her arm over a customers bag of food. NEVER GOING BACK TO THIS DIVE, DISGUSTING STAFF AND DRINK STATIONS SMELLED LIKE DEAD FISH!!!!!!!!!

The Kitchen Manager Chris, is absolutely fantastic! We showed up and explained he was short staff so he politely asked us to use the kiosk. In just that short interaction we received the best customer service. We had went to louis and was there for 10 mins without a hi, a clean table to sit at, or even a menu to look at while we waited. My little family appreciates this manager! He even gave our daughter a frosty as his appreciation for us using the kiosk. Thank you so much Chris! We will most definitely be back!

I was being slow and indecisive, and they were very patient with me. I even asked if the cheese melts on the baconator fries 🤦🏽♀️, moral of the story, they’re nice.
Sent son in to get burgers to go after a long time went in they where fighting with customers about length of time on orders !
