Such a beautiful looking Wendy's. Dont understand why the service was so poor. You order from a touchscreen at the entrance so you make the edits. But somehow, they still get it wrong. And forget 1 item for each meal. No ice for drinks. Fries were cold and soggy. Not 1 good thing about this place except the outside look of it.

The food is usually good here. A couple of times I've had overcooked burgers or not fresh fries, but generally it's good. Last month their carbonation wasn't working in their soda fountains so you couldn't get soda, no big deal these things happen. Went back today and they didn't have ice, still got a soda and figured I would put ice in it at home, when I get home I realized the soda is completely flat, no carbonation at all, so obviously they're having issues with their soda fountain again or someone didn't change the carbonation cartridge. Regardless, it's easy to tell when soda is flat so I'm surprised the person that poured it didn't notice and someone picked it up for me so I didn't notice till it got to my home. Sounds like maybe they shouldn't be serving soda until they get their situation sorted.

Not even sure if they’re understaffed but it took so long just to get to the speaker bc someone one was ahead. And I really had to use the restroom he was like no and yelled at me that the lobby was cold all I did was ask if it was open because I have to use the restroom

Ordered on mobile app, went thru drive through to pick up food. They pushed me thru at the speaker, and completed the order on the app. Got to the windows and the manager told me they were out of chilli. I asked for a refund but he said to use the app, the app wouldn't allow a refund because he completed the order. Manager rolled his eyes and walked away several times before finally giving us a refund on the chilli. The managers annoyed attitude seemed to aggravate not only us but his staff as well. Hopefully the find someone better capable of running that store. & We won't be coming back.
Check your bag before you leave. Or just go to the one in Del City or Choctaw. They can't get it right.

Most mornings at 6:30, there is either not enough staff and my order can not be placed or they have not started preparing. This has become sn almost every single day issue. This is unacceptable and needs no be addressed immediately

Staff is rude and understaffed. Took over 10 minutes to get my food, soft drinks are watered down. I had gotten the Krabby Patty Meal, they were out of the frosty. A customer complained about waiting over 15 minutes for her drinks, the manager just stared and did nothing, literally, she just stared and completely ignored her. There was only one sweet staff I feel sorry for, she's new and they left her having to do all the work on front with very little to no training. Do not come to this location unless you want to wait for a long time for your food and deal with rude staff.
