My BF and I had a very long day, decided to get dinner on our way home. We decided Wendy's since we had a coupon for a burger. BF ordered on his app and I on mine. We both picked the option of using the drive thru since we were tired it was cold and rainy. Pull into the drive thru and tried to request out orders. We're told we had to come inside until 10 to pick up our order. I explained I had opted to pick up in drive thru. BF then went inside to pick up our orders, the gentleman behind the counter was very rude. BF said if your going to require people to come in you should have the app reflect that. The worker was like it's a rule by management. They proceeded to get into an argument to the point where the worker and bf were cussing at each other. The food was good, but wow I won't be back to the Midwest city Wendy's.

Quality is so inconsistent here. I always have to check my bag for everything, because I can’t ever trust that I’ll actually get what I paid for…. Then I go to eat my food and see that it’s cold chili and shriveled up nuggets I get to eat now. Stop doing so much chit chat in the kitchen and focus on the very little customers you get every so often!!!

They are ALWAYS out of food, and it's not just a little food, it's fries, patties for the burgers, and pretty much any mainline item that's on their menu.Once when I asked the manager why they were always out of food, he told me to "never come back".How did Moving from 15th street to here lower the quality so much?The manager is incredibly rude and clearly can't do his job since they're always out of food.
My family tries to come here and they never have anything close this establishment and stop wasting people's time.

Staff seems to not know protocol. I ordered in the app, pulled through the drive thru and was rudely told all mobile orders are required to go inside - they can't be picked up in the drive thru. What's the point of mobile order at this location? Avoid this location if you're looking for ease or ordering in the app.

Night manager is terrible. How you close at 1am & tell people you are done making a certain item (chicken wrap) for the night when I order it at 9:30 pm is absurd. Y’all need to do better.
