Went on my lunch break to get food and I ordered a number 1 with only cheese. And the lady even read it back to me and when they handed the food to me I asked again to verify that there was only cheese and they said yes... still didn't get it right.. I won't be back bc this is the second time. I called them 2 times and they never answered either. Hopefully they Will pay attention with other customers they get and answered the phones.

Went through drive thru before I went to work. There was about a 15 to 20 min wait total to get food . I ordered a sweet and spicy bacon burger that had no bacon. I could literally see the old oil in the container my onion rings were in. This location is a hit and miss but I highly doubt I'll be back.

Absolutely the worst whataburger in the entire state. They are slow every time I go here and literally just drove off from the drive through there was 1 vehicle in front of me and sat there for 15 minutes. Don’t waste your time sitting at this restaurant.

Took 20 minutes to get biscuits and gravy. Guy said waiting on hasbrowns that came out over cooked that I didn’t even order, order double biscuits and didn’t even get it. Ridiculous! When questioned about it he didn’t respond and turned around and walked away! Will never be back!
