***Stay away from this location!*** The wait times are ridiculously long, and the employees are straight-up rude. It’s like they hate being there, and it shows. The overall vibe is nasty, and customer service is nonexistent. If you don’t want to work here, just go stand at the light and ask for money instead. Absolutely terrible experience.

The food is good but some very not happy people working there. I understand really busy but at least be pleasant. If people weren't ordering, they wouldn't have a job, so there is that. Most every other location I've been to has some super cool people working. I'll choose one of those places before going back here.

only ordered two sides of fries and one of them had no seasoning whatsoever. the seasoning on wingstop fries is why i even get them, but they were still cooked well and tasty so i wasn't as upset as i could have been. customer service was terrible though, cashier was extremely uncommunicative and what seemed like the manager approached a woman behind me with, "are you the chick with the problem?" which is insane lol. didn't have the absolute worst experience myself but if you're looking at reviews to decide which location to visit - just drive a little longer. it'll probably be worth it.

I've ordered from here 3 times every time dried out and they messed up my order to go. I should have checked. I go to other locations in okc and never had a problem. Worst location.

Wing flavoring was not even on the wings, food was cold and fries were soggy, did not receive my drink with my order that I was looking forward to. Don't order online, it will be wrong everytime. Not worth what I paid

Wings were old and hard. Fries were the same way. So very disappointed. Called and complained, manager lied and said my card would be refunded, never was!!!!

The food was great, but customer service needs some help. The lady that was helping us had an earbud in her ear and was on the phone while trying to take our order. She kept asking us to repeat ourselves as she was on her cell phone holding a conversation with someone else.

My food is almost never done right and almost every time I order a brownie they forget to put my brownie in the bag most of the time. So something told me to look in the sack before I left and I look in the sack and no brownie so I went back in there and the young lady act like I did something wrong so I won't be going back to Midwest City.

How many negative reviews does Wing Stop need to receive about this location to actually step in and fix it?? Employees are an absolute nightmare. It is frightening to watch food being prepared with such lack of care and food safety management. Likeee- just fix it. Just wrong. Horrible location. Horrible staff.

Very busy atmosphere, so not much time for friendliness. Employees were coming in as well changing shifts.
Not much explaining of what was available.
Looked at like I was clueless, because I was.
I had never been there. Fries were way too salty. But some like that. I would have liked to know if there were other choices.
I just got what I know. BBQ sauce not spicy and bone in. 10 pieces. Not much time to look at options.
Lobby had no trash.
Trash can was behind person at register, over flowing. Again, this generation. Employees were clocking in. Why didn’t someone initiate taking care of the trash?
I know their parents, well I am sure at least one of them had parents. Anyway they clocked in, you are being paid. See it. Clean it.
A few of us customers were trying to figure out how to throw things away.

To the good quality. It was good. But could tell. Needed warmed up again already. Not sure how long sat there.

Was given no instructions as to the fact they will call your name. They did ask for my name so common sense says they will. But the kids need to give instructions.

I will return but, I will look over menu first next time.

Stood at the counter for about 5min before anyone aknowleged im alive ordered a 3 plain strip with fries honey mustard 8pc boneless w/bbq and ranch and a order of veggies it took 30min for food to be ready literally. They also gave no ranch veggies just the 1 cup that came with chicken and 8pc 4 out of them werent coated in bbq if your going to charge 30$ for that the food needs to be right. Fries were also limp and soggy
