The food is good but some very not happy people working there. I understand really busy but at least be pleasant. If people weren't ordering, they wouldn't have a job, so there is that. Most every other location I've been to has some super cool people working. I'll choose one of those places before going back here.
only ordered two sides of fries and one of them had no seasoning whatsoever. the seasoning on wingstop fries is why i even get them, but they were still cooked well and tasty so i wasn't as upset as i could have been. customer service was terrible though, cashier was extremely uncommunicative and what seemed like the manager approached a woman behind me with, "are you the chick with the problem?" which is insane lol. didn't have the absolute worst experience...
The food was great, but customer service needs some help. The lady that was helping us had an earbud in her ear and was on the phone while trying to take our order. She kept asking us to repeat ourselves as she was on her cell phone holding a conversation with someone else.
