The food is typically pretty good, but the staff is definitely hit-and-miss, usually miss. They are usually not at all friendly, and at times can be heard having inappropriate conversations for the workplace. The most annoying thing though is that even if you are the only one in line, they will make you pull over to the side or forward. Yes, it saves me from their stupid conversations, but it, no doubt, makes corporate think things move MUCH faster than they do. For example, tonight, so far, I have waited 12 minutes for my meal. One meal. Ridiculous.

I had a great experience. The place was nice and clean including the parking lot. I received updates as I was waiting for my order. The people are nice and friendly full of smiles. The atmosphere was great.

Tried to go through the drive thru today for lunch. The wait was long, two people drove off, I moved up and noticed why the people left because who ever was ordering was either arguing or carrying on a whole conversation while people are trying to order food and it was extremely loud, inappropriate and unprofessional. Then they finally left, the next person pulled up to order and they were very loud on the speaker, still laughing and cussing in the background and not even getting the customers order. I drove off myself so they lost three customers because of all of that. I will not be returning.

Our chicken tenders were so burnt our toddler wouldn't even eat them… also, fries were so seasoned and salty we couldn't eat them either. We had to wait 15 minutes for our food but were the only ones at the restaurant. This place sucked 🤷‍♀️

Drove into the drive thru a couple of minutes before closing. Employees refused to engage on the intercom then a young lady with a bad attitude busted out the back door yelling that they’re closed. Wish I could rate the food but we didn’t get any. 😭 I’ve worked in retail for many years and would never refuse service before actual closing time.

They forgot my sauce for the 3rd time in a row. After always saying they. Check. But the Mgr handle every time very well.

Food was fine, service was very slow. Would have probably been faster to go to a sit down restaurant.

I don't think I've gotten my order within 30 minutes the last 3 times I've come here which sucks because my lunch break is only 30 minutes.
