It was good but I got full after 3 of the 5 strips I ordered thinking I'd be able to eat them all, so it was a waste. The bread wasn't as good as it looked.

Went through the drive through for lunch and the customer service was absolutely terrible! The lady at the window acted like it was a problem I was there and never once said thank you have a good day or anything. And then couldn't get the order right on top of that. So definitely will be going just down the road to the many other options.

I recently visited this Zaxby's and unfortunately, my experience was far from enjoyable, primarily due to the customer service. The lady at the register was notably unfriendly; she didn't make eye contact throughout our interaction, and there was no 'thank you' or even an acknowledgment of my presence. She seemed genuinely irritated that I was there, which set a sour tone for the visit.

On top of the poor customer service, my order didn't meet expectations either. I specifically requested lettuce and tomatoes on my chicken sandwich, but what I received was barely a sprinkle of lettuce and a few diced tomatoes - certainly not what one would expect when making such a request.

While the food is still good. They got rid of the fried mushrooms they used to have. Service lately has also dropped.

Food was dry and the tenders where so small look like they had been sitting all night we got there 2 hours before close had to wait at the menu for 8 min then when they took our order they had use pull forward for another 15 min just horrible.The bread was salty which is weird the frys where ok ig the cheese cake bits where delicious but they didn't give use any strawbery sauce for 32 dollars it just crazy I wish I had went to cane's

Flag on the play!!! Has anyone noticed how messed up the staff are at this place, especially the ones working at night?! Horsing around too much at work?! I think they've hired some childish and disgruntled workers that play around too much and are sloppy with the food. The Employees on the drive thru Entercom think the speaker is for stand up comedy, men working were yelling "Hurry up" from the kitchen, talking crap and making dumb joke's. Thats why our order tasted weird and not good at all. My drink lid wasnt secure so it ends up spilling all over me in the car. This wasn't the usual service that I'm used too. I drove across town to eat here but this trip was a big Mistake. So, after taking back our order the next day and speaking to the manager Mar, he replaced my meal including the drinks and gave me a gift card. But, something still wasn't right about my salad because my stomach ached all night and I felt sick. Overall the Food Service was poor and sloppy and the food was just as bad as the people working there, it left a bad taste in my mouth and a bad feeling in my stomach. I think I'll give my gift card away and I won't be back untill all the staff have been fired. It comes down to this. Ya'll need to be more careful knowing who your hiring. I rate this place a 0 out of a 10. Bye bye Douglas Zaxbys.

For fast food, Zaxby's tastes better than most: definitely superior to anything starting with Mc, IMO also superior to the chicken served by the C-F-A people (although you can't beat their service and efficiency). I'm a big fan of Zaxby's salads, and generally choose grilled options which are tender and flavorful: but the fried is also very tasty. For some reason, I find their drive-,thru menu confusing: I know what I want, but it's hard to find it on that menu. 3 stars for service: not because of rudeness or discourteous behavior: but no matter what I order in the drive thru, I ALWAYS have to pull ahead and wait. And more than once the order has been slightly botched ( e.g. asking for no sauce on a sandwich and there's the sauce). These are minor inconveniences for the most part, and the food quality and taste makes up for it.

How hard is it to give a few ketchup packets at the drive through when someone orders fries? I shouldn’t have to ask. It should be normal and customary to give ketchup with fries. Employee also didn’t ask what I wanted for a drink even though my meal came with one. I had to tell them what about the drink. Poor customer service and no common sense anymore.

This location is the reason I will never order Zaxby's again, the cashier was rude and unprofessional, they need to fire her immediately. The wings gave me and my wife food poisoning, and I understand stuff happens, but the employee was inexcusably ignorant and rude.
