The food is typically pretty good, but the staff is definitely hit-and-miss, usually miss. They are usually not at all friendly, and at times can be heard having inappropriate conversations for the workplace. The most annoying thing though is that even if you are the only one in line, they will make you pull over to the side or forward. I had a great experience. The place was nice and clean including the parking lot. I received updates as I was waiting for my order. The people are nice and friendly full of smiles. The atmosphere was great.

For fast food, Zaxby's tastes better than most: definitely superior to anything starting with Mc, IMO also superior to the chicken served by the C-F-A people (although you can't beat their service and efficiency). I'm a big fan of Zaxby's salads, and generally choose grilled options which are tender and flavorful: but the fried is also very tasty. For some reason, I find their drive-,thru menu confusing: I know what I want, but it's hard to find it on...
