Thanks for giving me literally 4 strips of fajita in my fajitas for one. Really appreciated paying for NOTHING!
We got there about 4:15 but were asked to wait for them to clean a table, even though empty, clean tables were plentiful. The salsa looked and tasted like watery, pureed tomatoes and any heat or flavor beyond that was almost undetectable. The cheese dip was also very thin and lacked character. The best thing about the beef enchiladas with chili sauce, rice, and beans was the presentation; they were also relatively devoid of flavor. Service was pretty good, and the restaurant appeared clean with good decor. If the food matched the rest of the experience, it would be a solid choice. Thankfully the prices were reasonable for what we were served.

Very good. Service was good and our food came out quick. The tortillas are thin, soft & perfect for tearing a piece off and dipping in their queso!

I had dinner at Alfredo’s last night for the first time in several years, and I was genuinely excited to go. On the way there, I talked it up to my friend, remembering how good the food used to be.
Unfortunately, we were both very disappointed.
I ordered the fajita beef enchilada dinner. While the food had texture, it had virtually no flavor. The fajita meat tasted like nothing more than plain beef—no seasoning and no hint of fajita flavor at all. The chili sauce on top was runny and flavorless. The beans were the same: all texture, zero flavor. The rice was nearly white, which is unusual for Mexican rice, and it too lacked any seasoning.
My friend ordered the beef chimichanga with cheese sauce. Before I shared my own disappointment, I asked for his honest opinion. He took several bites and tried to stay positive, especially since I had hyped the restaurant so much. Ultimately, he said the same thing I was thinking—the food was bland. The chimichanga tasted like unseasoned ground beef, and the rice and beans were just as flavorless. The cheese sauce was also very bland.
The only highlights of the meal were the salsa and corn relish. Both were exactly as I remembered—great texture, just the right amount of spice, and genuinely delicious. The corn relish was sweet, crisp, and flavorful.
Overall, I’m highly disappointed.

We visited the Moore location for a family dinner to celebrate a milestone birthday, and the experience was extremely disappointing.
We made a simple seating request (a booth with a table next to it) due to a disability-related need, and the hostess denied it outright. I ended up sitting very uncomfortably throughout the meal, and my leg cramped badly, which made it difficult to enjoy the evening.
Our table all ordered Impossible meat initially, but after ordering we were told they had run out and not everyone could be accommodated. I do not eat meat, so I opted for vegetables instead. I specifically asked for peppers and onions in my enchiladas. Instead, they were filled with mushrooms, which I do not like and could not eat. Essentially, I was served tortillas and sauce. Only about half of our table received their orders correctly.
To make matters worse, my meal was incorrectly overcharged. Even after showing the server the menu price, he continued to argue that the higher price was correct before finally changing the receipt. We didn’t ask for a manager at the time because we were genuinely trying to celebrate and didn’t want to further disrupt the mood, though in hindsight we wish we had addressed these issues while we were there.
This entire visit was unacceptable. I’ve never been more disappointed in an Alfredo’s visit than I was with the Moore location tonight.
