Made me wait at speaker in drive thru for 3 minutes before taking my order. No one else was there, at the window as soon as I paid they told me to pull forward and wait. I stated that no one else was there and if someone came I would pull forward. A manager then came to the window and told me that I really needed to pull forward. I once again explained that no one else was there. He told me that “I” was messing up their time. I said the time is valid as I was waiting for my order. When he came back, he threw the food in my window. To make matters worse, the food is cold and the bun is old and hard.

You have many other options and locations, I advise you to stay away from this one.

The smarty pants kid that's cooking probably needs to focus on learning how to make a sandwich and talking less. I've included 2 pics of 2 different sandwiches. The 1st one is before I complained to their corporate offices about the inedible mess I was served. The 2nd picture is a sandwich I ordered just to see if my complaint helped or if it was just this kids incompetence. I do not recommend this particular Arby's. The floors and tables were also sticky. AND this kid had the audacity to be smart and mouth off as I was leaving.

Mozzarella sticks still frozen/cold inside, and the roast beef was either not from Arby's or messed up. Had a weird green color and tasted like crap. Seriously? 14 dollars for this trash and I don't have time to come back for a refund because I was on my way to work. Definitely will not be returning.
