I could smell the bad grease from my bag at the drive through. My curly fries were disgusting, must be some bad management to allow the grease to get that nasty.

I was given part of our order and the employee,James Juhl, said thank you. I said, “wait, where are our drinks”. He proceeded to get one drink and another employee tried to give me a drink that was the wrong drink. I corrected them and James said that is what you ordered. If you want that I will have to charge you more. I had to pull out the receipt to prove what I ordered. As I drove off he said very loudly “argh!” I stopped and went back to ask him why he did that to me and he said that because I was rude. I will not be back to this Arby’s.

I've been to this location several times. I usually go in the evening and I have never had a issue. Food is always good and employees nice and helpful. I went today in the afternoon in the drive thru. I wasn't rude and asked if I could please have some time to look at the menu. I guess this must have triggered the employees on headsets. One employee said something and the other employee responded saying something slick. But instead of saying it to his fellow employee, he says it to me. I'm not sure why me asking for more time would upset someone, but okay. So I order and go up to the window. A different gentleman is taking my money and handing me my order. The "genius" is no where in sight. I did not get an explanation or an apology. I had no issues with the food. But I definitely won't be back.

It was definitely better than most fast food restaurants. My food took a little longer than expected but it was hot and fresh and CORRECT, which is a big deal when going through a drive thru AND they gave me napkins and marinara sauce without me having to ask or go back.

Can you give negative stars?? I guess not. Food was ordered the lady refused to repeat order back. I provide payment and she takes her time getting my order. Which had 2 items in it that were food only. When leaving saw one of the food items were incorrectly made. Went back to inform that it's not what was ordered and window girl with the supper heavy 80s old goth makeup wanted to be super rude about it. No apology nor accountability from either of them. Called back because food was made incorrectly again. Chris the Manger said our machine does thicker cuts. So I asked that justifies only putting 1 peice of meat on a sandwich I paid over 5 dollars for. Then said manger hangs up when I asked that and told me to take it up with corrupt and hung up. The rude Manger Chris makes this place look bad. Even check with other arbys locations about this and reaching out to corrupt on a complaint 2 norman and an OKC location stated no that's not correct. So don't go to this one if possible. Use to love this location now I dont.
