I wrote a negative review about their service on the Edmond location and the owner started accusing me of working there? Very uncomfortable situation as he was clearly referring to one of his current or previous employees. Gets a no from me.

This was one of my favorite places to stop in while in town. But after interacting with your new employees we won’t be back for a while. The girls today were rude and laughed at everything that was said, like my children and I were funny. I didn’t end up ordering anything for myself, but When asked about a peanut allergy, to make sure there was no contact they laughed again and looked at me like I was dumb. I don’t see where a food allergy is funny.
Whoever made the drinks did well, but the two chicks at the register need to go. You’re losing business with them working there

The smoothie I received from them had old and moldy bananas. When I called and spoke to an associate she lied and told me she was both the manager and GM. The associate also gave me the wrong name over the phone, and an incorrect email for the GM. When I contacted the GM Sue, via the corporate website, she told me I must have went to the wrong store, because there was not a Paige that worked there.

I explained to her the situation and that I indeed went to the Moore location, and was given that name by an associate over the phone. Her husband Dennis, then emails me and tells me that my issue is weird and strange, and that I should have taken a picture of the manager who I talked to over the phone. Definitely will not be back. They own both the Moore and Edmond location. My issue was never resolved.

Got the cinnamon and there is barely any flavoring as you can see. For what you pay there should be way more. The ones in TX give you way more syrup.

The positives: the staff were great, got my order quickly and there was no wait. I got a lemon shaved ice and an oreo cream blend. The shaved ice was great.
The cons: my cream blend tastes lake straight up mop bucket water. 4 different people tried it and and we all agree that most likely what happened is that the mixer used to make the cream blend was washed but not rinsed correctly. I threw the whole thing out. Please train your staff to rinse the instruments appropriately between making each drink.

I just came in for an Uber Eats delivery pickup and I stood at the online order pickup area and waited for 12 minutes. I didn’t want to make a gesture to get their attention because they looked like they weren’t ready for anyone to get their attention. I tried making eye contact with everyone just making it obvious I’m waiting and then this other guy and his kid walk in, instantly they ask him what his order is, give it to him and then ask me, doesn’t say sorry for the wait, doesn’t say anything. My order was just sitting there waiting and I was waiting and losing patience. It’s just not right in my opinion, I’m working just like them, treat me like it.

Their exactly reply because it was deleted and for everyone who reads this: “Interesting we get a one star review from the driver. This must have been your first time there. There is a sign on the right that says order pick up. Most drivers come in looking at their phone and we say something. I would have thought would have said something, that is on you. Interesting”

My reply to their reply: it made no sense. You explained to me what I already knew and wrote about in my review which is that I was standing directly in the online pickup area. I can actually read, though you may think I can’t for some reason. You repeat “interesting” a lot when I didn’t find anything interesting about my review since it’s simple and straight forward. I’m gonna show up and talk to you in person and see if we can find common ground since this causes so much confusion for many places not just this place. Many places don’t treat their Uber drivers correctly because they don’t think they have to since we aren’t customers.

We went to try this place out after a specific snow cone place in Norman hasn't been that great the last few times. I was not disappointed at all. These snow cones had a perfect ratio of ice and flavor. The ice was much smoother than a normal snow cone but it was still very good!
