It's a snow cone with lots of syrup in it and candy. It's a little overblown for what it is and the price is kind of high. This is not our favorite dessert shop for those reasons.

If you try this location, try a shaved ice with some ice cream and a cream topping! Multiple flavors to choose. They recently had a sponsorship with Sonic the Hedgehog, which makes it more engaging for kids. You can even purchase snow balls to have a snowball fight in the summer!
