The women running this location are clueless and helpless. Ordered a drink online and when I showed up they said they don’t sell that item anymore, I asked for another item and they said they don’t sell that one anymore either. They were very unprofessional

This place is never prepared for ice cream sundaes. They never have hot fudge. What has happened to Baskin Robbins?

Went here with my family and was truly disappointed. They only had a few flavors to choose from and no basic flavors. A family member ordered a hot fudge sundae and was told they only had cold fudge so they put chocolate syrup on it. Didn’t even offer to reduce the price. They were severely understaffed and the lady was rude. She was more concerned about the people in the drive thru. We will never visit again. The donut side looked clean and well staffed so we should have just gotten a donut.

Really mad about situation this place birthday cake here!!! I would rather give them negative at one star if it have an option!!! Four day to place an order Four day to place an order the day supposed to pick up cake on Friday!!! It’s take me more than three day to come pick up the cake for the design on the cake so!! Basics on the cake is “happy birthday and I love you” it’s just to basic letter but it take them almost 3 day didn’t get it right.! Pick up the cake time 2day There’s no word or design on the cake!! The third day is party to pick up the cake . Camp to pick up just say happy birthday on the cake, but no word put on the cake say I love you!! Omg take them three day can’t even get it right!! , Not even a damn heart ❤️ pic on the cake!!! Bad bad manage you’re here. No one can get it right even the damn manager don’t work together to take care of the cake. They don’t communicate.!! I’m really mad!! 😡🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬😡😡😡😡🤬🤬🤬

My birthday tradition is a Baskin Robbins ice cream cake every year and the closest one is an hour and a half away. My husband ordered my cake, brought it home and it is chocolate cake. He wanted extra colored frosting drizzled on the cake and instead they put an inch and a half of frosting on top of the cake. Again, we live an hour and a half away, so it's a 3 hour trip. It was a big birthday milestone, and the cake kinda ruined things a little.

Agree with other reviews for Feb 9 2025. Ordered a cake for pickup Feb 9 at 1:00. Got there and it was not ready. Was told they were “finishing it up” and was offered a free quart. Waited about 10 minutes when the cake was brought out. Of course, we ordered a cake with ice cream cones on the top that were already melting. Drove 10 minutes and it was all falling apart because it had not been given time to set in the freezer. It looks rushed and sad. The photo I’m adding is after I fixed it a bit. Just disappointed all around. It wasn’t a cheap cake either! Only reason I’m giving two stars is because they offered compensation. However, seeing other reviews they knew they had orders that weren’t fulfilled earlier in the day and yet didn’t bother to figure out any other orders for the day.

The order for the ice cream birthday cake was made on January 21, 2025, with a pickup for February 9, 2025 at 10:30 am. The cake wasn't even started yet. So now, I get to have a bday party for a 7 year old without a cake. This happened last year as well, but last year, they forgot about it.
