Just had to cancel my order with doordash. I ordered a banana split and they were out of both hot fudge and caramel toppings. How do you run out of those toppings when your business is Ice cream and you sell sundaes and banana splits!?!?!?! I will add, this is NOT the first time this store has run out of important items.

The one scoop in the large cone was more then enough to share. The ice cream tasted just like homemade. Great friendly service.

OMG I LOVE their drive through service, puts me as ease every time and so kind and patient. Never feel rushed always feel special. And DAWN is amazing!! I have a long drive and no energy and she amazed me with a super caffeinated concoction specialized just for me. I said surprise me just make sure it has lots of caffeine and she made my happiness and energy instantly energized. Such great service. Couldn’t ask for better.

only baskin robins I have been to that never has waffle cones. apparently they state they don't have time to make them
First time ordering on the app and they threw away my ticket. I almost couldn't get my prepack ice cream. The baskin app isn't I guess associated with the Dunkin' stores. The blonde "manger" refused to get me it. I showed where they took money out of my card. The email where I placed my order and the time it was suppose to be picked up. I had to show them on the app my order and she still was telling me her manger said no. On the app it says it takes 24-48 hours to make. Just don't order on the app. Their is way better ice cream places to try. I won't be back!!!!!!

It's always fun to take my kids here. Staff is nice. But we usually go in the evening so I don't have much experience with how mornings go.

The staff was friendly and the ice cream was good, and coffee prepared well. Unfortunately, our visit was largely tainted by the overwhelming odor of the inside of the business. Either a drain, or trash, or maybe mildewed rugs. Whatever it was, it was very unpleasant and made it where we didn’t want to even finish our ice cream. Hopefully this is a temporary issue.

So far so good... The cookies and cream hand dipped ice cream is delicious.. Haven't gotten to the mint chocolate chip hand dipped ice cream yet but I am hoping it is better than my last experience... Customer service was great as always
