The store is dirty, floor has not been swept or mopped in some time. Walls need repairs from chair scrapes. Waitress seemed like I was putting her out for coming in. 12noon and no boba ready?? Waitress did not was her hands after taking my money then preparing my tea. Her hair was long and not up. Don't think I will go back they need to clean up the store and make employees follow basic hygiene for making tea.

We really enjoy this place and have for several years. But over the last couple it's just kind of fallen off. No one is ever there. I have gone up there at least fifteen times in the last 2 months During the week during the day on the weekends during the day and in the evening... No one is ever there. No one ever answers the phone and I'm getting pretty sick of driving up there. Just to check to see if you guys are open. It's the only boba place that my kids like.But something has got to give here very disappointed!!!!

I went here to get some drinks with friends and I am extremely disappointed and appalled at the customer service. If I could give zero stars I would. I walked in and asked what they would recommend to drink as far as coffee and she rudely replied that we are out of coffee beans that’s why it’s crossed out. She’s talking about the crusty menu on the counter. How does a coffee place not have coffee or boba. They were out of boba and it’s called boba cafe. I’m more upset about the customer service rather than the ingredients being missing. The girl working there look like she ran through a tornado and was extremely rude and short. Glaring at us upon our entrance.

Pulled up today at 1:04pm today and the girl tried to hide and she locked the door! Never felt this annoyed with any store until this one.. definitely not a fan.

The Girl working has a Bad attitude. The drink mix was spoiled. They refused to answer the phone when I called to let them know. I Went back up there to let them know. After having to call manager. They poured it out and remade using same spoiled ingredients.

They are usually closed, and when they are open, they have nothing in stock. They ran out of whip cream, and the boba is typically out or unprepared. With how unprepared they are, how do they still stay in business?

Extremely rude! Two young girls watched as we tried to open door one hour and forty minutes AFTER open time on door. Laughing at us. Decided to leave and they then got out of car and opened door and went in. They knew we saw. Came back.

They were out of almost everything on the menu. We ordered 3 different things and they told us they were out. The drinks we ended up getting had literally 4 ice cubes in them so they were lukewarm. The girl working acted like she didn’t want to be there and was dressed like she just rolled out of bed. The place was dirty. Not a good experience at all.

So this has been my favorite boba place for awhile but lately (within this past year) every time we go they are out of the poppings, out of the lemonade and several other things. The staff in store are always super nice but the management really needs to stay ontop of getting inventory in.

Won't be back. There were to very young girls operating this place by themselves and had no customer service skills. There were no customers on a Saturday afternoon and they acted as if we were bothering them. Very unprofessional!

Every time I’ve gone here, the bob ahas been delicious, but recently this store has NOT been opening at 10:00am - when they open mind you - I’ve asked “why?” a few times and always seem to get the same answer. “They were late” or “you just got unlucky.” I’d really like to go here everyday, but for some reason this person is late constantly. I’d appreciate it if the manager either replaced the man or woman who insists on being late, or changed the friggin opening times.Thank you.

I used to go here all the time for boba tea. However, it seems like this past few months they are constantly out of boba. Such a shame because they used to have some of the best boba and now they have none.

Second chance, Sally here! I decided to give this place another try. Wrong move. This Boba café is a neglected place of business. It is not clean. But I decided to give it one more chance. Unfortunately, we will not be returning. The drinks we ordered a strawberry smoothie with tapioca pearls was more or less strawberries, blended up with water with a few tapioca pearls and the regular milk tea and it was just milk and tea. The tapioca pearls were flavorless. Compared to other boba tea locations, this one doesn't compare.

On the 11/16/2023 at 8:00 PM, I went to this cafe to get a Boba drink. When I walked in, the two teenage females at the counter were very rude to me, trying to tell me they were closed and that they had ran out of everything. Both employees refused to give me their names, and walked away from the counter, went and sat down at one of the booths, and got on their phones. Keep in mind they do not close until 9pm. I can say that I've had bad service before, but this is honestly the worst it has ever been. Please, if you value being treated better than a pile of shit on the ground, go over to share tea in Moore. This is honestly pathetic and I cannot believe a business would employ people that would treat customers this way. Very very sad
