HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT LIED ABOUT GETTING BACK IN TOUCH WITH ME AFTER MY JOB INTERVIEW YESTERDAY I WILL NEVER DO MY SERVICE OVER ANYMORE
Beyond shocked how filthy this Braum’s is!!
The drink station has so much black slimy mold everywhere, including black oozing goop from inside door at the drink station. Along with the guy who kept picking his nose as he walked outta the cooler from the back to make shakes at the counter. This needs to be inspected by the health department and shut down for a deep clean.
Beyond disgusting, you can do better than this!!
Great food at reasonable prices. My only complaint is ya'll keep giving me my soda with no syrup, just nasty tasting carbonated water, which is annoying. Someone needs to check that more often.
The employee wasn't trained properly on the cash register and rang my order up wrong

First time eating here, not bad. Burger was what you’d expect from fast food and fries were a bit soft and soggy. Better than McDonald’s though.
It could be better
OMG I wish we had one of these in TN but I’d weigh 400 pounds. This is the absolute BEST ice cream I’ve ever put in my mouth. I got the Brownie Fudge Sundae and my handsome man got the Old Fashioned Banana Split and couldn’t stop saying “Oh my”.
So good place for my kid
They aren't bad if you go in. But if you do the drive thru they will give cheat you. Fries were undercooked and I ordered a strawberry shortcake sundae. It had 3 strawberries in it. Then just short cake vanilla ice-cream and some Kool whip.

When I walked in, the grocery area appeared clean and orderly. However, the kitchen was the most dirty fast food kitchen I’ve seen. There was food debris all over the floor and the food prep area. There were flies buzzing about over the food. The waitstaff seemed hurried and their uniforms were noticeably soiled with food.
Very good food. While visiting Oklahoma I have been frequentjng this establishment. Very clean. Even sell fruit!!! Didn't see that coming!!

I have been going to this store for 25 plus years. the service is ok, but the food is far from what it used to be. Went way down in quality. Cleanliness is nowhere near what it used to be. please do better. I will not be going back anytime soon.
We waited for someone to take our order for over 5 min. No one said a word to us and like 5 people kept walking past us. We finally gave up and walked out.
