i ordered a 4 cheese burger to go and it was not fresh when i got it home. it looked like it had been setting on a shelf for some time and the cheese had already started turning hard.
I've eaten here many times since I moved to this part of Moore. The weekday shift is great, the food is hot and the order is always right. During the weekend shift, I have to correct them on everything and guide them until they get it right. Even then, the food isn't perfect. They'll still put on items that I asked to be removed, and the cherry limeades are always soda water. They also give me other people's orders when there's only two cars in the drive thru.
If it's the weekend, it's worth the drive to the Braums on 12th Street, because they're always on top of things.
During the weekend, its in the top 2 for the worst Braums I've had.
Sat at drive through for 5 min at the intercom and no one took my order. Drove around to window and there are people standing around doing nothing.
They are always on point. Great service and fast.
i love the bag of burgers, made well! 😋
Horrible !!
Cmon on who could complain about an ice cream store. Love Braums.
I come to this spot often. They seem to get your orders correct and they have a friendly staff every time I visit which mostly is through the drive-thru

A sweet young lady named Izzy helped us order, was polite and helpful with our food being brought to us. We appreciate good workers like her. Thank you.
The blonde woman that works the grocery part in the evening is such a sweet person!
