Used to love this place but service and quality has some what declined since they reopened. Food is always a wait and having a server that actually does a decent job is I guess a commodity these days. I was hoping with the rebrand that it would get better but it's only gotten worse. I'd recommend a wing stop instead.

Food is undercooked, servers are hard to track down unless you look in the middle server station then you'll find them all hanging out on their phones. Horrible service.

Service was slow if not negligent at best. Ordered some boneless wings and they weren't cooked all the way through, my wife's wings still had feathers and when I asked them about it they just said yeah sometimes that happens. Took a good 20 minutes for me to get the shot of whiskey I ordered. Just horrible.

Service was horrible. Walked in and waited about 10 minutes for a host to get us, say at the table for about another 15 waiting for a server to take our drink order. Once the drink order was taken it was another 10 minutes before we got our drinks or seen our server again. Finally took our order for food only for us to wait almost an hour for 3 burgers and some onion rings just for our order to be wrong and waiting again.

This location is a joke. They are suppose to close at 1am. Yet they will have the store closed at 12am most night to avoid having to do there jobs. Idk what kind of management these guys got over there but it’s obvious they don’t care how they look to the public. I’ve been to many Bdubs in Oklahoma and this is by FAR the worst one. Food is always cold or old as if someone ordered it 2 hours earlier and didn’t want it so they saved it for the next person. Staff are rude and always seem to be in a hurry hours before close to get out of there so they will rush you around and let you know multiple times what time they close 2 hours before they even close. DO BETTER BDUBS.

Normally I like to order 20 classic wings for me and my husband and two orders of potatoes but it's already twice that my order only has 15 or 16 wings they are stealing from me because my payment is always around $40-$50 dollars
They should attention to that part that the pieces are not correct…
