Nathan was an exceptional waiter! Food is on point. Good on a cold snowy day. He warmed our hearts with the best wings and burgers we’ve had.! Just when you’re ordering drinks, make sure you ask him for heavy on the alcohol.

I have always ordered here .Never had problem till today . The lack I see is crazy . I hope it gets better . I placed an order obviously , the worker on the phone was a girl and she didn’t get my name right when I corrected her she didn’t confirm it back . I had my boys go get our order My son got really sick as he was walking in . We did a take out order . They told my other half it was almost done and when he came back out of the restroom from cleaning my son up a worker decided to tell him we’ve never placed an order there rudely . I called the number back from my call log and I’m guessing the same worker (guy) said it wasnt here . He was rude and had an attitude. There no reason for anyone to be rude . We didn’t make you work there . If you’re not happy with the job apply somewhere else that doesn’t require customer service . We live 25 mins away . And all we needed is a break .

If you're curious why buffalo wild wings sucks now, in 2018 the company that owns Arby's bought it. You can get the exact same boneless wings at Arby's without the hour and a half wait and the food won't be as cold when you get it. I used to love bww. Restaurants are absolutely filthy and food is disgusting now. This is a chain that needs to die. Used to be my favorite restaurant, tried it again tonight.... will never be back

Got sat down very quickly. Spent 15 minutes before someone finally came by and got our drinks. Waited hour after taking our order for our food to come out. Their weren’t to busy. Maybe slightly over half capacity. Food was good just expect extreme wait times with no warning.

I don't expect a lot when I go to an establishment like BWW. The food was hot, the service was great, and the value was there - especially for happy hour. But this place was disgusting. Trash was overflowing from the garbage at the enterance, the bathroom didn't appear to have been cleaned in hours, and the booth seats were ripped and dirty. I couldn't help to wonder what the kitchen was like. Won't return.
1-20-25 another visit...went to see Emily in the bar and she was ANAZING and the young blonde kid that sometimes serves (forgot name sorry) cooked my wings perfect. Another great visit.
We have had shitty experiences UNTIL we met Barbara! We try and go once about every 6-8 weeks just bc we get great service through her. She makes sure the order is correct. She's the best!!!
So the place is pretty neat. Lots of places to sit and depending on your style ir if you're with family or just thr guys you have seating options from 3 different areas. Service was fast. I thought the wings were good. Was jot a fan of the quest, it was extremely watered down and they forgot my guacamole in my trio. Didn't notice till I got home so I wasn't going to drive back. Prices are as average as anywhere else.

Buffalo Wild Wings never disappoints! I had the Mango Habanero wings—my absolute favorite—and they were perfectly spicy and flavorful. I also tried the ultimate nachos with fries, and everything was absolutely delicious. Great food, great atmosphere, and amazing service. Can’t wait to come back!
Vegetarian options: I wouldn’t recommend for vegetarians but you can be creative and avoid their meat if you are vegetarian

they never get our takeout order right, we’ve ordered from here several times and every time we check the bag there is something missing or something wrong. today when i went they literally put the food in a half ripped bag, had to ask for a new one. they also got a flavor wrong on our wings which we didn’t notice until we got home. the food is good just wish they’d actually get it right for once

No wonder this place is always empty. The smell of this place is like an old carpet. I can see only teenagers "working" at this place. More of a hiding in the back. I waited more than 20 minutes, and the wings came cold . You can taste old meat. I had it before at the same place, I forgot about it. Now I will remember. Don't come back here again. Add some pictures of empty place and gross old wings.
