I only come here cause it’s close to work..but they do the opposite of what you ask, pretty much every time. Want extra ice? They’ll either give you VERY light or NONE at all. Want sauce that THEY ask if you want at the speaker? They’ll just put none instead lol. The service from morning to afternoon is usually garbage as well. The white guy is usually always pissed off and the Hispanic manager is usually always mad about something as well. I always greet with a smile and politeness but they NEVER return it. Guess I shouldn’t expect anything else from a 3 star Burger King🤷🏽♀️

Food is meh just bc I’m not a fan of BK food but I’m leaving this review based solely on management and customer service- 10/10 - Kurt was happy to remake my food without a weird attitude or acting annoyed. He even said it was “no problem at all and as long as I’m happy, they’re happy to do it!” I will literally go to this BK to grab something from nice helpful people over a fast food place I actually like, just to know I’m in good hands when I’m spending my money. Thanks Kurt and staff
