It never fails. The jalapeño cheddar bites are nasty. Allll bread. I haven't ate here in years and this is why. Also have someone at the drive thru who actually wants to work there.

I think the management has fallen. Either that or they don't have a maintenance person. Cleanliness was the issue. Bathrooms were filthy dining area was filthy play area was filthy food was blah blah.

Used to be my go to late night meal as a second shift worker, however recently my mobile orders have crunchy burger patties or rock hard onion rings. Evening shift lead is not keeping up with hold times.

You can specifically ask for no pickles, no tomatoes and you’ll still get them on your burger. Nothing is EVER FRESH it’s always stale, mozzarella sticks that NEVER has a cheese pull the food here is awful!! I’ve tried to give them the benefit of the doubt because most of the employees are nice but this place truly sucks . They all need to be re trained or hire more staff!!! .

Got my order wrong. Lady said she would get the manager. Waited over 10 minutes for the manager and she wouldn't come up front. Wasted money and left since I couldn't get my order fixed.
