Nothing like getting home from a long day with your $89 order and it’s missing stuff. Call up there to tell them we’re coming to get our missing items. Get up there and the girl at the window says she put it in the bag originally like she doesn’t believe us, like we’re trying to hustle them out of 2 sides of Mac & cheese. Call the manager and he doesn’t apologize for how terrible their customer service is or what an hassle all of that was. This place is terrible and it takes a lot for me to say that. The customer service is trash.

I have been to this place 3 times this week in hopes that my order would come out 💯...I order the same thing every time..first time the food was not cooked fresh ..the second time...I got mash potatoes..instead of gravy..lol .and the last time that nail the coffin shut...I asked for fresh food waited 20 minutes...and my 🍟 came out cold.. Spoke with the manager and explained all 3 times..the only thing he could tell me he would let the GM know ...Wrong answer...will not be returning...

They charged me for the correct amount But we didn’t get it! Orderd 2,# 4 got 1,# 4 & 2 piece chicken & both sides were wrong! Went back through the line & a employee came out & didn’t understand what I was ordering totally ignored me..Where done!

Went there so the wife could get fried chicken livers, was told they had them, went through the drive thru and was told by someone else they were out. Over all the chicken was slightly dry and no better then something out of a bag you can get from Walmart. Most likely not going back

Pretty solid chicken tenders with gravy. It's fat good but mostly southern style comfort foods.
Usually when you order chicken… you expect to get chicken. Not the world’s crispiest breading and a whisper of chicken. Putting extra pieces of the breading in the box doesn’t make up for the fact that I paid for chicken and only got crunchy bread.
