Overall edible, but will never come back.

Ordered a BLT with some fruit nothing fancy. I get my food rather fast, but my BLT doesn’t have any bacon.
No worries probably a simple mistake, maybe I’m messed up so I asked “hey the BLT does mean bacon right?” They said yes and took my plate to fix it.
They bring it back to me and tell me the chef forgot to put the bacon on claiming “yep I warmed it up and forgot to put it on it’s right here” and gave it back to me. Simple fix, but when I heard “warmed up” I immediately thought *the bacon is precooked and not made to order, which I do not like the idea of* so I open my sandwich and I have one rather small piece of bacon on each side of the sandwich, and the bacon is ice cold (actually ice cold not just not-warm).
So I have to do my second walk of shame back up to the counter for a second time and tell them “hey my bacon is (literally) ice cold.”
So they make me a whole new sandwich (because I waited for the line to die down before going back) and it has a proper respectable amount of bacon on it, at *hardly* above room temperature but at this point I’m like whatever I’m not going again. I eat the sandwich and it’s fine it’s whatever but the bacon is clearly precooked and you feel it with every bite and if you enjoy bacon in any capacity you will not enjoy this bacon.
Staff was nice, place was clean, food was perfectly edible, but nothing out of this world and I severely disliked the bacon that took me three tries to get.
Won’t come back, but won’t judge you for going.

The staff are kind and helpful! I am physically challenged and getting in/out car can be trying. I have called and let them know that I was handicapped and asked if they could bring my online order out. They didn’t hesitate and were glad to help. It’s so nice to see that there is still kindness!

One of my favorite places to get a quick lunch. I love all of the options for chicken salad, along with their soup, and salad options. This is a great place if you need a healthier option to fried everything fast foods. You also get a little sweet treat with each meal.

Service was very polite and efficient, the layout was a little confusing at first, thought i could walk straight to the register but after observing its a wrap around line ( not a fan of tables connected to a waiting wall imo) but the place was very clean overall:) tried the classic carol, dixie chick and the kickin kay lyn. Surprisingly the dixie was my fav, very aromatic with the onion but not overwhelming! i expected the kay lyn to be more robust but it didnt have the bite i wouldve preferred tbh. The overall attention to detail regarding the decor was very lack luster, homey in a extreme minimal way, meh. The chicken salad here is okay, just okay. Not bad, but when you make that your center piece i kind of expect it to be more flavorful. I get it, fishing for a wide audience makes you want to play it safe. 5/10 for me, ill be back but not for a while.
