Service was very polite and efficient, the layout was a little confusing at first, thought i could walk straight to the register but after observing its a wrap around line ( not a fan of tables connected to a waiting wall imo) but the place was very clean overall:) tried the classic carol, dixie chick and the kickin kay lyn. Surprisingly the dixie was my fav, very aromatic with the onion but not overwhelming! i expected the kay lyn to be more robust but it didnt have the bite i wouldve preferred tbh. The overall attention to detail regarding the decor was very lack luster, homey in a extreme minimal way, meh. The chicken salad here is okay, just okay. Not bad, but when you make that your center piece i kind of expect it to be more flavorful. I get it, fishing for a wide audience makes you want to play it safe. 5/10 for me, ill be back but not for a while.

The only thing that kept this from being a 5-star rating was that all of the chicken salad has celery, a known allergen. The only other options are egg salad and pimento cheese. If you don't like those, sadly, it would be a no-go. Maybe a chicken salad option without celery? Or a menu with allergens listed? I asked. Glad I did.

Needed to kill time before a wax appointment next door. Got the chicken poblano soup which was good. I wish I would have noticed the cooler section sooner it had ready made pastas, fruit salad and chicken salad. Had unique indoor atmosphere in addition to a nice outdoor seating area

Went in to try this place for the first time after a good review from a family member and was met with absolutely no service. People ahead of us were helped and then we were ignored for getting orders out. Not once did anyone say anything to us to say they'd help us in a minute or to give them a second. The young lady at the counter looked at us then packed orders, ignoring us wanting to order.
Can't really say I want to return after that kind of treatment. Don't ignore customers.
