We had a fantastic waitress but we had a little issue that our burger was not done enough…. Lacy, one of the managers there blew us away with her service and handling of the situation! Lacy is great and saved the experience!!!

Went to dinner with my brother at chilis, and my brother had a duh moment and didn’t know jalapeños are hot and got them on his quesadilla. Manager came by and checked on us and noticed my brother picking through his food and asked if something was wrong. We admitted my brother was silly and didn’t know what he ordered (waitress had even asked him if he wanted jalapeños and he said yes), this kind sir offered to remake his food and they didn’t charge us for it! Very kind and great service appreciated them very much! And got a good laugh out of it!

My husband & I reserved some tables for 15 people for our anniversary and my birthday dinner on June 24th of this year. Two of the fryers were down. The manager Taron Cherry was very friendly and was upfront about the fryers before we even ordered which i thought was very commendable. Taron also told my husband i we would get a free dessert for my birthday but Taron also turned around and told my husband that he was getting a free dessert for our anniversary. Which we were not expecting . We told Taron thank you and he didn't have to do that. Taron Cherry is the kind of manager that every restaurant needs. Taron goes above and beyond and every time we have been there and Taron has been working he always comes around to see if you the customer are doing good and if the food is correct and done correctly. Taron is always friendly and kind. The food is always good. Every waiter and waitress we have had at the moore chili's has been awesome.

We came on 4th of July, it was pretty busy , the food came out hot and delicious, but one thing that stood out is the Manager Tiffany , she went above and beyond , she was helping her staff serve the large tables and was even bussing tables , she was working non stop , customer service was great ! We highly recommend this location and will return .

Dined in at Chilis, we all really enjoyed our dinner. Our waiter, Caleb was super attentive making sure we had everything we needed. My favorite part of the meal was the lemon drop margarita he recommended and made to perfection. Overall, an enjoyable experience
