I tried placing a to go order over the phone and as soon as the lady answered she had a bad tone and was very short and it was obvious she didn’t want to be taking our order. She hung up on us while we were talking the first time then we called back on my husbands phone. This is my first bad review I have ever wrote and I am a server so I understand people have bad days! But this costumer service was bad enough I felt like I needed to come on here and say something about it. I hope she has a better day tomorrow and realizes it’s not okay to talk to costumers like that if y’all want people to come back!

Dropped in with a HUGE order in Christmas Eve with no advance notice notice. Fixed it all without batting an eye. Food was great and super hot still when I got home. Was packed and sealed.

The lady was rude and unprofessional when I got there to pick up my order she yelled at her kid to help me while she was standing there eating a dumpling then when I got home they had forgot my egg rolls and when I called she acted like I was lying and kept telling me to recheck my bag then after telling her I had checked three times she told me I could come get them so I sent my daughter and after my daughter had left I noticed that my lo mien was beef instead of chicken so I called her back and she said I would have to bring the wrong order back for them to fix it when my daughter was already there

Don't listen to these bad reviews! This is the best Chinese food in Moore. I've eaten here for years and it's always good, fast, and consistent! The people answering the phone are sometimes rude but the delivery drivers are awesome! Don't forget to tip!
