$17 for a burrito bowl?I thought I was getting a burrito bowl for around $11. When I got to the register a young white female with black glasses informed me my total was $16.93. (This chick had a MAJOR Attitude problem for no apparent reason). When I questioned the total she talked over me and said in the most psychotic way that guacamole was a $4 up charge and queso was a $2 up charge… Like never met someone so happy to tell me I could pay $17 or leave. First and last time I came here. Food was great service was trash. Also, I think it should be an automatic gesture to let all guests know that each item that they are adding in specific has up charges…

Staff always seems overwhelmed. Hire more people or give them more breaks.
I’ve been doing mobile orders because I absolutely love the quesadillas but it never fails, the cheese gets stuck to the container therefore leaving hairy looking cardboard on the food (see photos). The quesadillas really need to be wrapped in foil, the sides should be bigger, and for the love of god use measuring cups. The amount of food you get definitely depends on the chipotle workers mood that day.
