My boyfriend waited in line for about 20 minutes, bring food home. The chicken was overcooked, wasn't even really that good or near worth the $25 he spent. Kinda disappointed, very doubtful we'll be back.

I placed a mobile order through the Church’s Chicken app, which said it would be ready by 6:30PM. I pulled into the drive-thru right at 6:30, expecting a quick pickup. Instead, as soon as I pulled up to the speaker, I was told, “Give us a couple minutes.” Fair enough — I waited.

But that “couple minutes” turned into 10 minutes of complete silence. No update. No follow-up. Nothing. So I asked if anyone was still there. I was told, “Yes, I’ll be right with you,” which led to another 5 minutes of sitting there.

Eventually, two employees came on the speaker at the same time, talking over each other and asking me to place an order — even though I had already clearly said I was there to pick up a mobile order that should’ve been ready 20+ minutes ago at this point.

Now I’m sitting in the parking lot writing this review. There isn’t a single other customer here, and I can clearly see at least four employees inside — not one of them moving with urgency, or seeming remotely concerned that a customer has been sitting outside waiting forever.

This wasn’t during a rush. This wasn’t a complicated situation. It was a mobile order that should’ve been bagged and ready. Instead, I was met with confusion, indifference, and delays for absolutely no reason.

This location is completely unorganized, understaffed in effort (not in people), and shows no respect for customers’ time. Do yourself a favor: don’t waste your evening

The food is fine…it’s the service that sucks! They never have stuff ready. Every single time you have to pull up to the side and wait for them to bring your food out to you. It’s fast food but it’s not fast! There are times I’ve waited 30 mins for my order and got home and it was still missing items. Service is just awful.
