Every single time I go to this store the lady who always wares the scarf on her head never ever gets my order right. I stopped going there for a long time but tonight I'm tired worked all day just wanted to grab something to eat. She sold me a 10 PC family ml. I told her I wanted corn and coleslaw. Honey and butter. I EVEN ASKED HER did you give me honey butter a d sge yes yes. Only get home shw gives me mashed pit and corn and flipping ketchup. With. Let that be the reason I will never ever go back there again. It's every time it's something with her.

I ordered a 2 piece meal on doordash to eat for later after I get off my 11 hour shift and had my roommate pick it up for me and put it inside the fridge only for me to open it and have missing food that I spent $20 on. I literally spent extra to add a leg and a breast, and I'm missing a wing (that COMES WITH WHAT I ORDERED ALREADY) and my leg (THAT I PAID EXTRA FOR).

My boyfriend waited in line for about 20 minutes, bring food home. The chicken was overcooked, wasn't even really that good or near worth the $25 he spent. Kinda disappointed, very doubtful we'll be back.

I placed a mobile order through the Church’s Chicken app, which said it would be ready by 6:30PM. I pulled into the drive-thru right at 6:30, expecting a quick pickup. Instead, as soon as I pulled up to the speaker, I was told, “Give us a couple minutes.” Fair enough — I waited.
But that “couple minutes” turned into 10 minutes of complete silence. No update. No follow-up. Nothing. So I asked if anyone was still there. I was told, “Yes, I’ll be right with you,” which led to another 5 minutes of sitting there.
Eventually, two employees came on the speaker at the same time, talking over each other and asking me to place an order — even though I had already clearly said I was there to pick up a mobile order that should’ve been ready 20+ minutes ago at this point.
Now I’m sitting in the parking lot writing this review. There isn’t a single other customer here, and I can clearly see at least four employees inside — not one of them moving with urgency, or seeming remotely concerned that a customer has been sitting outside waiting forever.
This wasn’t during a rush. This wasn’t a complicated situation. It was a mobile order that should’ve been bagged and ready. Instead, I was met with confusion, indifference, and delays for absolutely no reason.
This location is completely unorganized, understaffed in effort (not in people), and shows no respect for customers’ time. Do yourself a favor: don’t waste your evening
