The food is fine…it’s the service that sucks! They never have stuff ready. Every single time you have to pull up to the side and wait for them to bring your food out to you. It’s fast food but it’s not fast! There are times I’ve waited 30 mins for my order and got home and it was still missing items. Service is just awful.

Was an pick up online order. We got there a little later than the time they gave us. Had to wait. Not a big deal..but you would think that they would check the bag for accuracy b4 bringing out. Wrong order. Did not notice til we got home. Contacted them. No response. Sad because I really loved their food. The no contact was what finished it for me.. everyone makes mistakes.. I had paid extra for my order..

The option to place your order online and arranging to pick up at a specific time is a joke!!!! I placed my order at 1pm and arranged to pick up at 445pm. Arrived on time but it’s not ready and then they proceed to start the order. They finally had my order complete at 5:06. Can they explain what’s the point for this option?

Church’s has gone down hill. $50 family meal should not be a handful of okra and a couple spoonfuls of Mac and mashed.
Serving sizes have diminished to unacceptable sizes while price goes up. Unacceptable. Never thought I would say I’d rather go to KFC.

Been coming here for years now, this place has really stepped it up a notch on how fresh the food is. Our family really appreciates the hot, fresh and friendly service. Today EVERYTHING we ordered was fresh and right at lunch rush too.

One car at the speaker. I'm right Behind them I finally get to the window and I'm told they're waiting on chicken and they can take 7 more minutes.So okay. I get it and they make me move from the drive through window. So they can keep their time down. 20 minutes later, I finally had to go back in. They tried to tell me they were still waiting on chicken. No, no apology. No, I'm sorry. You're a free drink nothing.
Don't believe the specials they offer. You'll get shorted on the number of pieces, get cold chicken or your sides left out of the order. I just can't return to this nasty place ever again. I do not believe the recent positive glowing reviews. They are bogus. Avoid this place.

Bought a 16 pc family meal for the second time Got only 12 PCs again none spicy again but told it's spicy when I said it looked original ordered family sized okra but got a large ordered a large gravy and it's only half a large smdh Can never get ahold of anyone when I call and my husband and I work full time everyday so when we go get food we're thinking we get what we pay for but this is the second time not only we didn't get what we paid for and asked for but lost money as well

Do not waste your money. I paid for a 12 piece mix chicken box might as well been a 8 piece! the picture is a wing it came with 2 I literally took out of the box and broke apart mainly grissel and breading! The thighs also had hardly any meat on them as well.
