Food was good, service.... not so much. Lady taking orders was rude. I ordered my food ate it and go back to the counter to get a shake and the lady said this is togo right? We close in 8 minutes. And I said I'm just getting a shake. She made it fast and sloppy. Another customer tried to come in to order and she pretty much turned him away saying we close at 7, it was 6:52. Very unprofessional. I won't be back.

Scrolling TikTok and seen this place. Had to take my son out for his birthday and THIS PLACE WAS IT! Amazing atmosphere and super nice staff. The grilled cheese options were a little overwhelming, but MAN WERE THEY GOOD! We got two different ones to try and both were amazing. My son got a huge cotton candy ice cream and he LOVED it! Will DEFINITELY be back!!

Went here w hubs. I ordered the big ice cream coffee flavored w coffee cake. The ice cream was not coffee. Got a stale honey bun Was not impressed w it. For the price. Make it right. Also hubs cookie was so hard he couldn’t cut it

I was excited to try this place, but I felt so unwelcome. The girl taking my order was so unfriendly, and rude. She didn't offer me a receipt, or a thank you. Food is overpriced, and of average quality, and taste.

So, the service absolutely sucked.We had never been there before. We saw it on Facebook and it looked great. Went in there and was i guess greeted by the assistant manager. She was very rude. Said they were busy today and that they are out of a lot of things. Then asked if we were staying or leaving. We said staying. Then told me that they were in the process of closing. Then why ask if we were staying? We really didn't care. So, I asked what shakes they didn't have. She mentioned 2 different shakes. So, we were trying to discuss shakes. Every shake I was trying to tell my daughter what was in it, she would correct me and telling me the name of the shake and kept throwing me off. That wasn't helping me go faster by doing that. Then she would turn and conversate with the employees or left if she wasn't correcting me. She was extremely pushy and rude. I get that you were closing. There was still tons of people sitting in there still eating. We just wanted food.
She told us to sit and wait. EVERY SINGLE TABLE WAS ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. None were cleaned from the prior customers.
Food was cold. The fries were fresh though. The poor girl that brought us our shakes was trying so hard to make the service from the manager up. She deserves definite credit. She was the nicest person in that whole building.
We will never be going back there again and I do not recommend this place.

Food was incredible! Sandwiches were exactly as shown in the menu. Fries and onion rings were tasty!

Dining room was in poor need of service -- tables without napkins (only place to get napkins is to find another table with extras), messy floor, dirty tables. Not a pleasing initial appearance.

Too many customers turned around and left when they were warned of the wait time--ours was estimated to be 30min but turned out to be about 20min. Shakes took a good deal longer apparently, but we didn't try any.

Hire someone specifically to service your dining room!!!

Liked the atmosphere. Service was decent. Ordered the athlete, the shift fridge, and steam engine. Sandwiches tasted like ?. Smoke gouda mac and cheese bites were delicious with buffalo ranch for the dipping sauce. Fries were pretty good. Will not be back.

Great food and great place. I assumed it was a chain with how nice it was, can definitely tell the owner invests in the place and it’s kept up. Also one of the nicest bathrooms if not the nicest i’ve used in a dining establishment. Sandwiches were great and will be back to try the ice cream and cheesecakes
